Virtually every service including plumbers are "fix-it" people. They know how to fix something that is broken but they do not know how to solve problems. What do I mean? I did not have a simple water heater replacement. The water heater vent system was not up to code. Another plumber charged me hundreds of dollars to look at the problem and tell me there was not a fix. Henry at Plain City Plumbing is a solutions person. He solves problems. He replaced the water heater and solved the vent system problem that others could not. It is simply the best service that I have ever received. Fast, high quality with a very fair price. He solved the problem and replaced the water heater at a price lower than the other guy would have charged for the replacement water heater. There is no better choice than Plain City Plumbing.

This family owned business came to me highly recommended. My own experiences have been a very positive. Henry is so hard working and honest. He replaced my hot water heater with a power vent and was on time, reliable and honest. My previous plumber had attached a power outlet to the appliance which is unsafe and Henry corrected it for me. He was $300 cheaper than the other plumber but I will use them again because they were great to work with.

I had drain issue, Henry came in to tak a look. Extremely nice gentleman no issues here. The problem is I got bill for $75 service call fee which I’d pay if it was disclosed. I called them and lady name Sarah said we don’t disclose because ‘Americans’ don’t have issue paying service fee and started questioning my nationality. This was extremely offensive and I think this is not the way of running business regardless of whether client is American or any other nationality.
