I used West End Electric to install new lighting in my office. Although it did take them a long time to get my job scheduled, they did an excellent job and I am very happy with their work. I also want to add that I wasn't in a hurry to get the job done and from my experience as a business owner, people often have to wait to get the most qualified people. Thanks so much!

I was told that they would give me an estimate on some work in my home. After a couple weeks someone did show up and look at the job. I waited a week....no estimate. I accidentally called the worker who assessed the job...he said he'd get back to me later and I apologized for calling him accidentally. No one called the following week...I called the business office again and was told I would get the estimate later that afternoon........here I sit...2 more weeks later..no estimate...no nothing. I do not understand this.
