Ashley and her team are always professional, on time, and very consistent in their thorough cleaning. Scrubbing Buddies has cleaned for us for over 15 year, in 2 different houses….we couldn’t be happier with what they provide. The cleaning is always excellent, the bathrooms are spotless, and it’s always consistently good. The people are wonderful, we love Brenda and her family and Tracy has been amazing in recent years. They never cancel, and they have helped me out multiple times by doing an extra cleaning when we had unexpected company, etc. My friends tell me about their very mixed experiences with other companies, I can’t relate! We will never leave Scrubbing Buddies!!

Several months ago, I decided to suspend my cleaning services with Scrubbing Buddies as I “could just clean myself”. Error…I quickly realized that while my house was clean, it was not “Scrubbing Buddies clean” (and I also quickly remembered that I hate cleaning!). It was great to walk into my spotless house today…oh, how I missed them!!

Highly recommend! We just moved into our new house and wanted it cleaned and disinfected. They did a fantastic job and made our house feel clean!

I'm a Clintonville resident and have worked with the Scrubbing Buddies Cleaning team for about 3 years now. A team of 4-5 wonderful cleaners come in, work their magic, and make my 2BR/2B house spotless in ~90 minutes.

Communication with both the cleaning team and the home office has always been top notch. They provide a text reminder and time estimate from the team lead the day before and it's VERY consistent, so I can plan my life accordingly. They've never caught me off guard with last minute scheduling changes, which I know can happen with other services. Payment is via check and I'm fine with that because I know CC merchant fees are rough on businesses.

I HIGHLY recommend hiring this team if you want to work with a highly professional, local team.

These ladies did an amazing job!!! Cassie came and did a walk through with me the day before and made it so seamless to work with her with me living out of town. Jo and her crew really took their time with my home, and made it absolutely shine! We hired them for my uncle’s home to get it market ready, he is elderly and hasn’t been able to do a deep clean in some time and they made this home look absolutely amazing! I’ve been using Scrubbing Buddies for 5 years now and have been very satisfied. Like most house cleaners they blow through pretty fast so your decor items might need a little tweaking when they get through, but your house will get very clean. The owner Brenda is very receptive to hear about your issues and to make everything look satisfactory. I highly recommend them.
