Metro Comfort installed the original heating and air conditioning in our home and have provided 20 years of reliable and reasonably priced service. Metro have gone out of their way to extend the life of our original systems and replaced our units with good quality and competitively priced equipment. As a regular customer, Metro have always been promptly responsive when we require service during heat waves and cold snaps. We highly recommend the company and their service men.

Jim was very courteous and prompt with our appointment. He explained everything very clearly on what needed work and what was running well. First time using Metro but certainly not my last. Next appointment will be scheduled very soon. Thanks for your awesome work Jim.

Seven years ago Metro Comfort Systems replaced my air conditioner which has worked flawlessly. They worked with me to find the right solution at the right price. They found time to install within a day when it was in the 90s, in time for family I had visiting that weekend. Now seven years later, this week the air condition stopped working. I called them and they were going to come out the same day to fix it. I however decided to first take a look at it myself. When Jim learned this, he called me back and offered his consultation on the phone at no charge. When we pinned the problem down to the outside fan capacitor that had gone bad thanks to the help of a mouse that had made a nest in the electrical box and electrocuted himself on the capacitor, Jim offered to provide me a replacement capacitor at no charge. Thanks, Jim! Capacitor replaced and AC back to working like new!

Our blower motor kicked the bucket during a cold snap with below zero temperatures. We called Metro after midnight, and Jim was at our home before noon the same day. Very friendly and helpful, and very fair pricing. Our furnace is working again like new. Thank you Metro, we will certainly use you again for any heating or cooling needs!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful both Gary and Jim are. I'm a newer customer and was referred to the company by family who has used them for years. I called my dad (of course!) after I had trouble with my furnace/thermostat. It wouldn’t heat to the target or continue to cycle throughout the day. After a few weeks of messing with it and several mornings in the 50s, I called Metro per my dad’s recommendation. They were polite and helpful over the phone. Jim arrived promptly and fixed the issue entirely in only 30 mins and charged very fairly. He has earned a forever customer.

Metro Comfort Systems isn't a huge corporate run operation, it is a family owned and operated local business. It isn't uncommon to find the president and owner working along-side his technicians in the field.

Emergency or not, they have always been punctual and have treated our needs with a sense of urgency. We generally see the same repair technician and they have always been friendly and great with our house full of dogs. If facing a major repair, they will offer multiple solutions and suggest recommended action based on your comfort and financial position.

We've been calling Metro Comfort Systems for our furnace and a/c needs for several years now. Jim and the crew are always so knowledgeable and professional. They've also been quick to come out for emergency service, which is nice when your heat goes out in the dead of winter! I always recommend Metro to our friends and neighbors.

Best repair/ installers in the business, had another company come out and check my AC, wanted a second opinion. Called Metro and Jim came out and set me straight and saved me tons of money. Do not go anywhere else but here, you will not be disappointed.

These guys saved me when I woke up with no heat. Jimmy was out within 2 hours, did some troubleshooting, then spent about an hour finding me a new furnace that could be installed the next day when I told him I had to go out of town for working in 2 days. I believe the installer was Branson and he was excellent. They got me all back and ready to roll quickly and efficiently. If you need HVAC service, I couldn't recommend them anymore.

Metro comfort is awesome! They are informative and honest, polite and clean. Jim is great and Matt, who replaced our furnace, was super too. Kim, who runs the office, is always so polite and helpful. Won't ever use anyone else for heating and cooling as well as recommended anyone else.

We woke up on a Saturday morning to find our furnace was not working. It was 2° outside. I initially called Buckeye Heating and Cooling and they said I would get a call back within an hour and they would then give me a 3-hr window later in the day. I then called Metro Comfort Systems and Jim was literally in my house working on the furnace 35 minutes later. Additionally I had an issue with my fireplace that I brought up when he was on his way out. As a courtesy he helped me out real quickly with that as well. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I won't be calling anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.

I give them the highest recommendations...five stars! Jim knew what the problem was within five minutes and fixed the problem within fifteen minutes. When it comes to businesses, I have often wondered whatever happened to customer service - you know - showing up on time, returning phone calls, doing the job right, etc. Well, Metro Comfort Systems has it! The courteous workers, efficient work practices, calling me back, following through with their promises was all very refreshing. All of you at Metro Systems have always given us excellent service. We began with you about 20 years ago and haven't ever stopped, even though we have been in three different homes! Jim Frey, Gary, Seth, Rick have always, always arrived when we had trouble with furnaces and air conditioners. They have put in at least three new furnaces in the huge home we had. First time customer of Metro Comfort Systems, and unfortunately lost the use of my furnace during one of the coldest days of the year. I spoke with Gary who set me up with an emergency appointment on the weekend. The crew was polite and fixed my issue in less than 15 minutes. This locally owned company provides excellent service! Please give them an opportunity to provide a quote, as they offer very competitive pricing, and they are very responsive and helpful. We have switched to Metro Comfort Systems for all our HVAC needs.

Isn't it great when you FINALLY find a company that knows what they are doing, delivers on what they promise, and you feel you got a fair deal on the service? Metro Comfort Systems is that for HVAC and is truly best I have experienced. Gary, the owner, personally came to my rental unit on a holiday (4th of July) to get my A/C recharged and running last year. Since then, Jim came and got the problems resolved at another rental. Today, my decades-old heat pump finally died at my townhouse. They gave me a great price and next day install on a new unit. VERY happy with their services and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for the best.
