I hired Chase Catanese to clear and gravel a 1000' foot driveway and clear 1.5 acres for my build site. The lot is a heavily wooded 20 acre parcel with some water issues. Chase has been phenomenal throughout the entire process, going the extra mile to ensure that everything is done correctly to avoid future problems. If you are contracting with a different excavator you're making a HUGE mistake and missing out on exceptional quality and service.

We can’t say enough great things about Chase and his team at Catanese Excavating! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Chase provided excellent communication, explaining every step of the process thoroughly—including taking photos of the sewer line damage to ensure full transparency.
The next-day service was incredible, and Chase went above and beyond by coordinating with various agency departments to ensure all work met City specifications. Safety was a top priority throughout the project, and the attention to detail was evident in the final result. The project was completed on time, and the cleanup was absolutely phenomenal—leaving the site in pristine condition.

Our association hired Catanese for a $20k plus project which was half completed, it's been over 1 year and they have not come back to complete the work done. In the contract it states they guarantee their work, the original work done has to basically be redone and now we have to involve an attorney for the services and contract. Unfortunately that our association and property owners have to deal with this situation.
