i have used this company many times in the past. They have always showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. My furnace and A/C unit are old but they have managed to keep them running for me. I would definitely recommend this company as I already have to some of my neighbors.

First let me say that I usually do not do these sorts of reviews, and also these folks weren't able to service my central air unit and get it up and running. That being said, I will say that I will highly recommend them if you do need service. Jason (tech from Best) came out on a service call, worked for quite a while to diagnose the issues. Turns out, unknown to either of us at the time, I have a really unusual A/C unit that his company is unable to get parts for. He did all that he could to diagnose and repair the unit, but in the end it does need parts that he was unable to procure. Even though I offered to pay the $80 service call for all that he did, he would not accept it and was extremely courteous and apologetic that he was unable to help us. I feel that he went over and above, in that he eased our mind, by telling us things that weren't an issue with the unit, and pretty much armed us for the next company that comes to look at it. I would say that everyone I spoke to or dealt with at Best were courteous, prompt and professional. I'm just sad that they're unable to get the needed parts because I'm certain that they would've dealt with us fairly and in a timely manner.

Our furnace had no heat last Fri. I called the Best Service and a gentleman told me they would send a technician on Saturday to check it. The techincian did come as promised and unfortunately, it needed a new inducer and the part store closed during weekend.

This morning (Monday), the Best Service located the part and immediately sent the techincian to repair our furnace. Now the furnace is working and we are happy, especially when outside temperature is dropping.

Best Service Heating and Cooling went above and beyond in the installation of our new air conditioner unit. Donnie spent the extra time needed to make sure everything was installed properly and his attention to detail was phenomenal.

I rarely review, but these guys deserve it. Literally saved us thousands of dollars. Another company came in and said a unit had to be replaced. Thankfully, we got a second opinion, and Best Service lived up to its name—charging us only a couple hundred dollars instead to fix the problem. THANK YOU for being honest.

Technician stopped by to give a new unit estimate while the normal sales guy was out of town. He fixed our broken A/C for no charge, though he cautioned it would only be temporary. Still, fixing it to give us some time to choose the right new unit in comfort meant the world to us. May or may not go with them for the new install, but definitely would recommend for service.

Best Service came in to do a pretty complicated move of our HVAC unit (and house wide duct work) into a crawl space to open up room in our basement - helping us with a mid-renovation change. They were able to come up with a solution much better than anything else proposed by anyone (and that we hadn't even considered), for a very reasonable price, and were able to get us in incredibly quickly. The team that came out and worked their butts off for 5 days was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Best will be our go-to from here on out.

Donnie came to my home to conduct a furnace checkup. He was very professional. He found a loose wire on one of the zone controls and correct that free of charge. He cleaned inside the furnace and ran various diagnostic checks.

He found a few issues with my humidifier and furnace fan which I will probably have him back to correct. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me on any return services. Based upon his knowledge and performance I will ask for him next time I use their services.

Just spent weeks studying the market and obtaining bids for a new HVAC system from area contractors. At the end of the day, Best Service provided the most comprehensive proposal, competitive pricing, and the most warranty coverage. Purchased a Goodman system. Best bang for the buck. Installation was fast and the install team was great. I highly recommend Best Service Heating and Cooling.

We replaced out furnace and air conditioner the old ones being 19 years old. The Best installation crew were efficient, courteous, quiet and informative. The work inside and out both were excellent and just as clean when they left as when they came.
