It is a shame that we can only give 5 stars, because this Veteran owned company deserves 100. We had a tree that come down in April. It was a miracle it only scraped the side of the house. This was a warning sign for us that the other 4 trees had to come down. Their sizes ranged from 80' to 100'. The tall trees added to the ambience of our property, but sadly they had to go. We looked up Blue Grass Tree and Lawn. David came out and told us about the trees, i.e., the type of pine and the make-up of the tree. We found him to be very knowledgeable. Anyway, we agreed to hire them, and we were not disappointed. They were very organized and methodical in their plan on bringing down these trees. This crew completed an honest day's work under difficult conditions. They were very respectful w/ the property, and the clean-up process was impeccable. We believe they went above and beyond the call of duty. They did such a phenomenal job; you can't tell there were any trees there. If you are looking for a tree service, make this your first and last choice. I would highly recommend! We will definitely use them again.

David was prompt with answering my inquiry and was great with follow up!! We had a huge cottonwood taken down along with smaller trees, bushes and stumps. The crew was professional and on time. LOVE that this company is veteran owned and operated! Will definitely use them again.

Bluegrass tree did a great job on my tree and shrub removal. Cleaned up as they went. Even had the courtesy to move out chimes out of the way as a precaution. Very thoughtful

So, I have worked in customer service for years. As such, I really just like for a company to do, as they say they are going to do. Then there are exceptional companies like Bluegrass Tree & Lawn. The professionalism that was showed by the crew was well beyond anything we could have expected. The levels they went to, too make sure the job was done right, is what you hope to find in a business today. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job at a fair price. Guys came Saturday morning and cut down 2 trees and trimmed one. David was easy to work with, they had high attention to detail, and kept their commitments. Will hire them again

Amazing experience. These guys know their stuff, have the right equipment, and have very fair pricing. They do things the RIGHT WAY. What more is there to know? We got 2 HUGE trees removed in a single day. Couldn't be happier. If you need some tree work done. You can stop searching. Great experience beginning to end.

Hired Blue Grass to take down a large tree in my backyard. They gave me a great estimate, and it was spot on with what they charged. The team showed up when they scheduled, and got the tree taken down very quickly. They ground the stump and hauled everything away. I was quite happy with how clean my yard was when they were finished. They did fantastic work. I will be using them in the future and would highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with David and the gentleman that work with him. So polite and respectful of you and your time and also your property. They were on time did a great job trimming my 4 trees and when they were finished you couldnt even tell they were there .. better than before they came !!
And his pricing is very reasonable! I am very impressed with the way they worked with us .

David and his team were accommodating to my schedule, and also gave me a 10% discount when they had to reschedule on me. Their quality of work and efficiency were impressive to watch, and when I wasn't home on the second day of work, David sent multiple updates to me with photos via text. I'm very satisfied with the end result and I highly recommend Bluegrass Tree & Lawn. Their pricing was great!!!

Bluegrass Tree and Lawn did a wonderful job trimming the River Birch tree on our front lawn so that it didn't hang over the roof of our house. The workers arrived on time as promised, completed the job, and cleaned up and mulched the branches cut down. Their work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable!!!

I was totally satisfied and pleased at the excellent job Bluegrass Tree & Lawn did in the removal of two huge pine trees next to my condo patio. The roots were raised and very hazardous for tripping and began going under the patio and eventually towards the foundation. The work, including stumping and debris removal, was done in a day! The crew worked tirelessly the entire day. There was great communication from the owner throughout the process both before and after the job. I 100% recommend this company! An extremely satisfied customer.

these guys were great ! they did an amazing job for us I am considering switching all my lawn care needs to bluegrass. they removed 3 large stumps for me and did a fab job with clean up. They will be my first call from now on 5 stars for service professionalism and expertise

It's hard to express how much I appreciated the prompt and professional service Bluegrass Tree & Lawn provided trimming my trees. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time, and cleaned up the site so well you wouldn't have known anyone was on the property. David explained everything he was going to do before they started then they trimmed 5 trees and removed one plus the stump.
If you're looking for a great company to work on your trees, I highly recommend them. You will be very pleased with the outcome. I will have them come back when I need another trimming or removal.

David and his crew arrived with all the equipment necessary. I had a nine year old tree and small stump removed and they completed everything, along with clean up of debris with an hour. David walked me through the process and reviewed the work once completed. Extremely professional and efficient, would recommend this small local business to anyone with tree removal needs.

My wife and I just purchased a house with two very large silver maple trees right next to the house. These things were massive with branches the size of regular trees hanging over the roof. I hate the idea of cutting down living trees but these things were a potential danger to our family, so they had to go.

I called around and got estimates from approximately 5 tree companies and Bluegrass had the cheapest estimate of all of them. Despite the “cheaper” price, there was no lack of professionalism. David was great at communicating throughout the entire process. He was even updating me on the weather forecast and working with me to come up with a backup plan if it were to rain on our scheduled date.

They used a crane truck to lift large pieces of tree over the house to cut them up and haul them out of there. Despite the complexity of the job, it never felt as if our house was in danger during this process and we felt safe inside of it. The trees were completely removed and the stumps and roots were grinded out. It’s like the trees were never there. I feel much better knowing that a storm isn’t going to cause an enormous branch to fall on our house this spring. I’d definitely use them for tree services again if needed.

I inquired Bluegrass Tree & Lawn about a medium sized maple tree that needed to come down. David got back to me very fast with a quote. Quote was very very fair for the work that needed to be done and included stump grinding. There lead time was only a week as well. They had another cancellation and came sooner! David reached out to ensure they could come earlier which was nice given I had work that needed to be done prior to their start. I would like to mention lead times for others was over 4 weeks out and was to only cut the tree and another team would be out 2 weeks later to grind. Bluegrass showed up with all their equipment and finished the job in less than 2.5 hours!!! The crew was very well organized and knew what each other were tasked with doing. When it came to stump grinding they put out a wood screen to protect the house and contain the mess. They clean up all debris. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have work done.

We had a tree from the woods behind our house fall onto our deck. It was still hanging from vines and partially attached to the remaining trunk. It seemed like a dangerous or at least very precarious situation. David responded quickly to a request for quote via text message and was out with his crew within an hour of us approving the work. They were professional in every regard, fast and efficient, and did a great job cleaning up all the debris from our deck. Would definitely use again.

Very informative, took the time to explain the type of tree and why they cut it the way they did. Very respectful and efficient. It took 20 minutes to trim the tree from our house and neighbors. Yard was cleaned of all limbs and looked the same as before. They were careful with some decorations that were in the tree and replaced them for us after
