Mike at North Ohio Sewer & Drain was fantastic! I found him on Thumbtack and he and his team responded within seconds of my inquiry. He came out here within a couple days and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue I was having with my sink. I appreciated how professional and responsive he was, especially considering how hard it is to find good help these days. Highly recommend!

Mike was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to work with and worked collaboratively with us to find the source of our water issue. North Ohio Sewer & Drain LLC was wonderful! They were so quick to respond, they were available within 30 minutes on a Saturday and Mike was incredible professional and efficient. He did everything to quickly assess the situation and identify the intense issue we were dealing with. He provided us with a reliable service to help sanitize our basement and helped us understand the next steps that we should take. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had such a great experience from start to finish with NOSD. Friendly services all around! Tim came out to install a refrigerator line and I was very pleased with the job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and very personable. Who would have thought having a plumber come over would be fun!! I appreciated Tim's advice and the fact that he explained everything he was doing in a way that made me feel very confident in his work. I also appreciated how he worked with my schedule and was very flexible in scheduling my appointments. You can really tell he loves what he does, stands by his work, and truly cares about his customers. His assistant, Karen, was very kind as well. I would absolutely use NOSD again!

I worked with Tim and he was absolutely the best. First trip out for my quote he was on time, very professional and walked me through each step of the process. He worked with my timeframe and addressed all my needs and concerns, unlike other plumbers I had out.
On day of service he communicated while in route and during the repair process. He cleaned up all debris and old material from the house once the install and repair was completed. He was also extremely pleasant and nice to my toddler who questioned him and his duties while he was working. Will definitely be the only person I use for my future plumbing needs. I now have a complete working bathroom and new pipes in my basement that should last through my lifetime in my home. Thanks TIM.

Mike and his team were so great to work with! We called in a panic with a surprise sewer line backup after a failed experience with another plumber left us without resolution (and with a basement smelling of sewage). Mike came out the next morning (a Friday), diagnosed our issue, and miraculously made time in his schedule for Monday morning. They were prompt, respectful, communicated throughout, and had our issue fixed before our baby’s bedtime. Highly recommend, and we’ll absolutely call again with any future plumbing needs!

We’ve used this company a few times and have always been impressed. First off, they are QUICK. Quick to respond, quick to schedule, and quick to get out to you. If they can make the fix upon first visit, they will. Which is awesome. Prices are fair and they are honest with diagnoses. Mike the owner seems like a standup guy, we don’t have to be sketched out having him in our house like we have with other companies in the past. I highly recommend this company

Second time we have used their services. This time we had a leak in our shower. Mike was able to make time for us and arrived when promised. He was able to find and repair the issue quickly, which saved us money. I had serious water damage in my basement and was referred to this company by a friend. Mike was able to come the same day to do an inspection and give me a report that was a critical need for my insurance company. He was fast, friendly and thorough and explained what to expect moving forward in the restoration process.I will call upon them again in a minute in if/when I need them in the future. Excellent company!

Justin came out twice to complete the job--the first time to assess what needed to be done, and the second time to do the work. ON time, super helpful and explaining everything as he goes along. On top of this he helped with some other plumbing related things that were going on. I really like working with Mike and his team. Definitely feel like I am in good hands.

When the planned work took a different turn, Mike informed me immediately and kept me up to date throughout the work. I would definitely use this company again!

Mike was a great help for this job. He was responsive and reliable from start to finish. He educated me on the problem as well as provided multiple honest solutions. The work was completed very quickly and professionally as well as completely cleaned up at the end. Pricing was also very fair. What a great company! Mike came out on a weekend and fixed our clogged drain with a house full of people. He did it fast and it was affordable.

Updated from below: I truly can't say enough good thinks about North Ohio Sewer & Drain. I have now used them for every plumbing issue over the last 2-3 years and they have always been there for me - from helping with faucet pressure, to installing a hose hook-up to helping with inspection issues when selling a house. They are extremely communicative and are always willing to come look at a problem if I have a question or have follow-up needs from an appointment with them. They are truly the best in Northeast Ohio!!

Mike and team were fantastic. They showed up on time and went above and beyond when they were at our residence. They were very upfront about pricing and did the faucet installation right away when they came to give the quote. The faucet works great and Mike even helped with one other project while he was at our house. He was great and we will be using him going forward for our plumbing needs.

Had contacted North Ohio Sewer & Drain to provide an estimate on shifting a cast iron pipe to open up a wall. In Mike’s review, we appreciated the honesty on how the investment in shifting the pipe would likely not be worth the amount we would have to pay to due to the complications of how our house is built. Although we did not move forward in Mike’s services, his transparency and honesty about the job was helpful where I would recommend this business to a friend

If I could give Mike amd Allison TEN stars, I would. We had to replace part of our sewer line that had been partly rotted away and exposed. This was our first major house project and the team at North Ohio helped ease all the anxiety. The communication was great, including real time messaging through their website. We financed with Synchrony Bank through their website and was offered 6 different promotional payment options to choose from ranging from pay off quick with no interest to pay off over many years if need be (still with good promotional APR.) All of our questions were answered with detail and in ways that those of us not in the trade could understand. The job was thorough and timely and the work was top notch. Most importantly for me, Mike was up front and honest about the entire project and how some extra work that could be done wouldn't be worth it to us, as the customer. He liked to say he didn't "think the juice was worth the squeeze" instead of trying to convince us to spend more money.

They will be our only plumbers from now on.

I have used North Ohio Sewer & Drain to install a water heater, and also to repair a toilet. I had a fantastic experience. Both times they were friendly, let me know what to expect, arrived on time, and when finished everything was neat and tidy. They even followed up to make sure that I was happy with the work. I highly recommend them, and would use them the next time I have a plumbing need.

I used North Ohio Sewer & Drain again when I needed a new faucet installed. Mike was responsive, friendly, and kept me informed about what to expect. He left my sink cleaner than it was when he arrived! I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing need!
