They really went above and beyond to ensure that everything was installed correctly, which was no easy job considering the age of our age of our house and its unlevel kitchen floors. Collin and Eric at Stone & Grain Design Group are incredibly talented and thoughtful in every aspect of the design and build process. They sat down with my wife and me and talked through our bathroom renovation step-by-step. Needless to say, we’re very picky and wanted something that was difficult to pull off considering our budget. Nevertheless, Collin and Eric took our design inspiration photos, created a render based off of our conversations and then came in and implemented the design from start to finish. From the demo of the bathroom to the heated floors and 500+ subway tiles, Collin took care of everything. To be able to have the person who sat down with you and discussed inspiration and ideas be the same person who ultimately does the work is invaluable in this sort of business. There was no back and forth between members of the business, no missed communication issues and no hassle. Having the designer as the builder afforded us the opportunity to know what was feasible from the start. I can’t even imagine what this process would have been like without Collin and Eric from Stone & Grain. Their attention to detail and direct communication made my wife and me feel at ease that we were in good hands.
