Easily the best mowing service I’ve used. They charge about the same as everyone else I’ve used, but do a WAY better job. In the past I’ve had companies that would do a quick mow and leave a lot of stuff tall around my telephone pole and house and stuff. This is the only company I’ve had actually get off their mowers and trim, and do a double cut if needed.

I started using JTS when our house was build in 1996. And never had an issue since. Joe is great to work with and absolutely enjoy my long working landscaping relationship. Alex

Joe and his team are top notch! They communicated and delivered and blew away our expectations. coming from someone who didn't really have a great idea what to do with the space we needed worked on, Joe was able to envision and we let him run with it. really turned out so good! Thanks Joe!

We just had our new home landscaping and grass installed by this great crew. Grading, new top soil, rocks beds, and an amazing retaining wall all installed.

Justin is great to work with, and highly recommend because of his communication with us through out the entire process. His transparency of what he is doing is laid out clearly through the estimate. You know exactly what you’re paying for/getting done.

His crew doing the job is friendly and professional.

All around very pleased with using Jay Blocks Hardscapes! Definitely recommend to anyone looking and will use for future projects as well.

No response about getting a quote...

Will come at specific times they are told not to with no regard for sleeping residents. The came at 8am on a Saturday and again the next day on a Sunday at 7:30am, despite being told repeatedly to come after 3pm due to two night shift workers. They ignore wildly overgrown areas and blow debris into vehicles. They put lawn debris into recycling bins, despite being told repeatedly not to do this, leaving us have to empty recycling bins r being fined by garbage service.

Hopeful at the start but the end result was plants dying, other plants being overcrowded, by the end of that summer and each year after it left a lot of work for me as the home owner, as far as designing and implementing a landscaping plan, it looked excellent on paper but a hot mess in real life, many calls and texts to try and rectify the problem but never got a response. Very unsatisfied. Bad experience, unfortunately. And a very expensive lesson.

I really dislike leaving reviews like this. I sent a message for a quote 3 times, got an email response asking what kind of quote I needed. I told Tara I was looking for mowing services, then no one responded for 3 days. I sent another email asking for follow up and they didn’t respond. So I put another quote in online and they forwarded my email with the tittle “Can someone help with this” then weeks later and still nothing. I was just looking for pricing on mowing services. Hopefully someone will see this and work on the company customer service. I am no longer interested in even revolving a quote.
