I can’t say enough good things about Daniel with Tri-City Elite. I had an HVAC issue that another company completely misdiagnosed and tried to push a full furnace replacement for, which would have cost me thousands. Daniel came out, took his time to properly diagnose everything, and immediately found the real issue was a simple contactor/wiring problem.

He got everything fixed quickly, cleaned my AC coils with a hose, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. My system has been working perfectly since. What really stood out to me was his honesty, professionalism, and the fact that he never once tried to upsell anything — just focused on getting the job done right.

It’s rare to find someone in this industry who is this knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy. I’m extremely happy with the service and will absolutely be using Tri-City Elite for any future HVAC needs.

Daniel is a very kind, professional, trustworthy and informative guy. Prices are very fair and he is honest about what work needs to be done. We feel like we are in good hands. Will continue to use his services and plan on having him replace our furnace and air conditioner when he says it's time.

Tri-City Elite recently installed a new furnace and AC in our house. Extremely pleased with the experience. Friendly, knowledgeable employees, excellent work, great price.

I knew my furnace was old (AC not far behind) and was getting it a tune-up from another company at first. They red-tagged the unit and proceeded to use a sort of pressure sales tactic. This is my first house and I'd never dealt with this before, but as I sought vendors in a rush to find the best price I was recommended Tri-City. Daniel didn't immediately go straight to sales when he arrived as others did. He inspected the unit first to verify the problem, educated me, and, though the furnace had seen better days, he assured me I had more time to think than I had been led to believe. That was such an honest relief.

I could have given him my business for that, but he also had the best offer and communication. Can't ask for more than that. The airflow in the house has dramatically improved thanks to their work to improve the ductwork. I can hear the whoosh of more air moving and I like it. We are far more comfortable and ready for summer!

Home appliances always seem to die at the worst times. My furnace stopped working & I had HELP Heating & Cooling come out for a repair. Long story short, to replace the blower motor it was going to be a MINIMUM of $1,200 with their “membership discount”. They actually wanted me to buy a whole new furnace. So I asked for recommendations on Facebook & many people recommended Tri City Elite. He was out within a few hours. Replaced a small part that connects to the blower motor and it was $170. Very honest company and they did an excellent job. This is the type of small local business that needs to be supported & deserves to thrive!
