They do good work and are very communicative with billing.

Steve and his team were very accommodating with our "in the moment" requests and were very patient with us. Communication was great and scheduling was easy. We did a stamped concrete patio and are very pleased with the final product.

Juan is a pro and our yard is immaculate every time.

Ohio Groundskeeping recently completed a landscaping project in our backyard, including installing a new patio and planting new sod and tree’s. They were great to deal with, were detail oriented and did not cut any corners, they did a fantastic job. They even washed the off of each leaf and plant once they were done. I highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job removing snow for us during the big January 2026 snow storm! Arrived quickly, came back a second time, and charged a very fair price.

Very happy with the work the crew did. They were professional and friendly. The finished work looks terrific. Will have them come for other projects in the future

Since this is the first year that BHVCA is using OGK, the "jury is still out". But to date, we have been extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail.

Deck took MONTHS longer to complete than originally quoted. Patio firepit installed incorrectly and the metal liner could not be installed properly. Terrible customer service, and they do not stand behind any of their warranties.

Concerns about the deck and fireplace were raised during the time of construction. The option for the fireplace was to tear up the section and rebuild it. But it should have been installed correctly the first time.

The excessive (nearly 3 month delay on the deck) was also brought up, at which time we were given an excuse of how only one person was qualified to build the deck and they had hurt their back. Not much we could do at the time, but was frustrating seeing our neighbors decks being built in a matter of weeks and ours taking 5 months.

As for the plants. We reached out on May 13th regarding multiple plants in multiple spots being dead. Somebody from your company came out and said they would let us know. 2 months later (not a surprise that you couldn't reach out in a timely manner) I called to find out the status on July 23rd. The lady I spoke with (twice) said she had spoken with you directly and because we were out of warranty by 2 days you weren't going to cover this. At which time I told her my plans moving forward. So you reaching out on the 7/29 to work with us in "good faith" was after we were told you weren't going to stand by your warranty twice. So no "effort" was made until a negative review as left.

And yes, people leave negative reviews when situations don't meet their expectations. Your company fell way short of meeting mine, and I think anybody else who would be in this situation. So don't try and discredit a review or reviewer because Ohio Groundskeeping did a disappointing job.
