We’ve been loyal customers of Luxury for over 20 years. They installed our system when our home was newly built, and it has performed reliably ever since. On the rare occasion that we’ve had an issue, their team has responded quickly and efficiently. The technicians are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We truly appreciate their quality service and long-standing reliability.

They were clear with their communications. Showed up on time. Very respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and showed me what they had done.

I cannot say enough. We received several quotes, luxury was the most comprehensive and value for our investment. Our sales rep made sure he fully understood our goals and laid out our options…but the install team are the true stars. Our team were so friendly, professional, kept us in the loop with the progress as well as any issues they encountered, but spotless. I mean cleanup being anything I have seen with many home renovation projects.

We have a six head mini split installed in a home built in 1913.

Randy was able to get a technician to our house ASAP when our furnace failed. John, the technician, identified the problem within minutes and was able to get the heat back on. John really knew his way around the furnace and explained things in easy to understand terms. Thank you Luxury Heating.

Tyler came to our house today to service our heating and cooling system. He was a very conscientious young man. Even though he did not need to do so, Tyler throughly explained to me and my wife how our system operates. He took the time to show us each step he was taking to ensure our dated system would continue to work until we make a decision as to a possible replacement down the road. Had Luxury install a new Carrier furnace at my home. They did a very good job on the installation and explaining the new system operation when finished. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterword. Very happy would use them again for any HVAC work.

Someone was out on Sunday morning within an hour and a half. As I was going away for a bit, didn't want to return to damage. Service was very responsive and helpful. Greatly appreciated his efforts!

Operations for New Humidifier on new HVAC- timely arrival to pre-scheduled appointment- did not take long to get an appointment. Technician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't take her very long to correct. No cost was involved as it was service on a new unit.

Anthony and Sean installed a beautiful gas heater in our garage yesterday. They had a helper whose name I forgot. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, neat and tidy! Love the Carrier Infinity system that Luxury installed. All of my questions and requests were addressed with utmost professionalism and concern. Let me give you a few examples:
The Installation Team installed a new line set for the system despite a difficult situation from the previous installation. They went above and beyond with utmost care and so respectful of the existing structures.
I wanted a vent added to a room in this system's zone, something that my wife and I had wished for! No problem. Anthony was so meticulous and careful in the placement of this vent. My wife and I were thrilled.
The weather did not cooperate on the installation day. Severe sudden thunderstorm. No problem. The team adjusted what they were doing to accommodate.
So just as the team was finishing up the power to our street went out. They were almost done but not quite. No problem.
Clayton made the trip out to Pepper Pike from Elyria on a Saturday morning to finish up and make sure I knew how the new system performed.
As you can probably tell I can't say enough about Luxury and the connection they make between The Carrier brand and the consumer. I would say a vital connection. Too bad there are only 5 stars on this review. This company and their team deserve 10 stars. ABOVE AND BEYOND.
