Todd is an honest guy with great pricing and communication. They took my tree out, trimmed another one and left the area as expected.

I used them to take down a couple of trees and to grind the stumps of those trees and several others. They came out the same day I called them. They did very nice work, they were polite, professional, and very reasonably priced. I'll definitely call them the next time I need trees cut.

Contacted this company to inquire about services and first call was hung up on immediately at beginning of call, and second call was cut off and hung up on. Simply was inquiring about wood chip delivery. Have not used this company, but would not be interested based off this experience.

NEVER PAY SERVICES THAT ARE NOT RENDERED. I hired Oser Tree Company to cut the tree on my front yard near the street in late 2013. We agreed on $ amount for cutting the tree and removing its stump and another small stump at my backyard. They cut the tree and I paid in full. It was wet and they were supposed to come back for the stumps around April 2014. Meanwhile while mowing my front yard first time for this season, my tractor hit an object about 12-feet near the cut tree and stopped. I realized about 3 feet long branch stuck into the ground and cut off from the tree. It cut through the PVC drainpipe running to the street. On May, 2014, I called the owner and reminded the stump work and mentioned broken drainpipe issue. He asked me if my yard is dry and ready for them. I responded yes. Then he said they will come following week on Wednesday or Thursday May 28th or 29th and take care of all of them (removing 2 stumps and fixing the drainpipe). He told me that he will call me before they come. I never received the phone call and they did not show up. My recent calls were unanswered.

I've reached out to the BBB and they've done all that they can. Local BBB has made several attempts to assist with my complaint. They have not received a response from the business.

Finally, I hired a stump guy last weekend. He mention to me that some of his work is for Oser's services that were not rendered.
