Excellent service! Extremely clean inside and out! I have respiratory issues and dust can be a problem but not with these guys. You might pay a little more but they are well worth it!

Seth and all his teammates that came to my home for this install we’re not only professional but courteous and thorough as well. I will not hesitate to use their services going forward and do plan to get on their maintenance program. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had a great experience with Mid-valley Chimney Repair. Coleton & Cole came to our house to replace our pilot light and our fireplace works perfectly again! They were professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and answered all our questions. They cleaned all the soot and our fireplace now looks better than it did when we moved in which was a pleasant surprise! I’ll definitely be calling them next time we need our fireplace serviced.

Coleton and Bill just came to fix my fireplace and they were excellent. Very timely and knowledgeable - they had everything up and running in, literally, 5 minutes. Plus, they were able to hook up a new remote in addition to getting the fireplace working. Very helpful and will definitely go back to them for my next fireplace need!

We needed our gas fireplace blower motor replaced and Mid-Valley did a great job from prompt response and initial site visit all the way to sending a qualified technician, Coleton to do the work. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend them.

I recently had Mid-Valley come to repair my chimney and also install a gas log set. I worked directly with Matt, who came over to present me with a very competitive quote within a day of me calling. They scheduled me in very quickly. The first part of the job a two man team came and repaired the chimney in just 2 days. They did a fantastic job and answered all of my questions, some of which before I could even ask them! The very next day another two man team came to install my gas fireplace set. These guys were just as nice as the first, and did a great job getting everything installed and working properly. Overall I worked with a total of 5 different members of their team, and every one of them were extremely professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with the end results and I would recommend Matt and his business to anyone looking for this type of work! A++.

After trying with another gas log service company and completely getting the run around, I called Mid-Valley. Someone answered the phone immediately, scheduled an appointment. I received a reminder text a couple of days prior to appointment. Received a call letting me know that they are on their way. Coleton did a fantastic job. Explained everything and did not over charge for the service. I highly recommend Mid-Valley. Great service!

Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Colton is always explaining our service as well as sharing photos of before and after cleaning the chimney. We love the insert we bought from them 2 years ago. Great company!

This company was recommended to me and I am glad it was. Tech. was very professional and explained everything to me as he worked. Had my gas fireplace checked and tuned. Entire fireplace was cleaned and every item was checked for proper operation. Best serviceman I have had in 60 years.

Mid-Valley installed my fireplace insert and has been servicing it since installation. By servicing , I mean the annual cleaning and inspection of my fireplace. Upon arrival, Cole and Colton placed tarps down (as to not track in outside dirt) and around the fireplace (in case of any spills from the fireplace). My fireplace was thoroughly cleaned and inspected by the two. . They both were respectful of my me, my pups, and my home; and they did an awesome job. After cleaning the fireplace and flue, they climbed to the roof to inspect the chimney cap etc. I was shown pics of before and after pics and I was incredibly pleased. Thanks guys and Mid-Valley Chimney for another outstanding job!

Mid-Valley completely lined our fireplace chimney and capped the firebox several years ago. Every year I call and schedule our annual inspection and cleaning. Today, Brendan came and provided excellent professional care cleaning our fireplace inside, and he took much care to put down floor coverings to keep our carpet white. And he wore shoe covers, as well. When he was finished, he went over his findings report, and took our payment. The receipt and a copy of his report were in my email. We highly recommend Mid-Valley Chimney repair and sweeps for anyone! We burn wood fires 3 seasons. This service gives us peace of mind.

They were timely and efficient and coleton was very nice and friendly. Did a great job. I highly recommend.
