I just called to see what the current model of a vibration analyzer from Rockwell that was available. Your guy told me he needed a model number and I told him I didn't have that I want to know what's available. He said without a model number he can't help me and hung up on me

Just called the branch looking for a part that I could see online. The guy was very slow, hard to deal with, and then just hung up on me. Great Customer service Rexel.
