The experience of having our home electrical system upgraded so we may use a 240volt power source to charge our new electric car was fantastic. They came in, did a thorough job estimating the work, and completed the job on time and within budget. I could not be happier with the great service. I would highly recommend them.

Josh Gilmore from Wilson plumbing, Heating, and Electric did an amazing job restoring the electrical system on the outside of my house including a new circuit panel box after tornadoes and high winds ripped everything down. Josh made sure everything was properly grounded so I was safe in my home. He also was very informative about any questions I had. Clean up was also part of their job which I was very happy about.

The installation went very well. Umesh and Jimmy were very courteous and respectful of my home. They really went above and beyond in making sure I understood the unit’s operation, warranty and wireless capabilities. I am extremely happy with my new A/C unit and with the excellent service provided by the technicians!

Omg, they were wonderful, Tim took care of the issue so fast it was amazing. Did great at explaining what was causing the issue and gave us an estimate for how to fix the issue. Extremely greatful they will work on mobile homes.

Response was quick for scheduling of our estimate and service. Estimate was very clear as they took and shared photos of the work they would complete, as well as photos of the parts with their cost. I have never received a more itemized or detailed estimate. All companies should operate with this kind of transparency. When it came time for the work to be completed, Jose easily transitioned between projects as we had several being done that visit. He was quick, but efficient. It was easy to tell he is very skilled and knowledgeable. My husband even commented that we have never had a work project completed with so little mess left for us after. Before leaving, Jose did a walk through and also had photos so we could easily see all the projects were completed. We utilized their electrician skills, but now that we see the level of knowledge and professionalism they operate with, we will definitely utilize them for future heating/ plumbing projects. One last thing, when they send a text notifying you the technician is on the way, they also send a photo of the tech which I appreciate from a safety perspective.

Justin the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and fast the whole project was done in a timely fashion, also the staff on the phone line are very professional and responsive whenever I called, someone is always available to answer my questions and provide assistance, Kyle is also a great salesman very persistent and provided me the reason on why Wilson electrical services is the way to go! he really convinced me to go with you guys, He is knowledgeable and explained everything to me vividly. I recently had my water heater replaced from Wilson Heating. Without going in to boring long winded details, I'll get to how awesome this company is- especially the employees. Coming home from a 3 month Arizona trip Easter morning at 3:00 a.m. I discovered my furnace was out along with my water heater leaking all over the basement floor. I called Wison first thing Easter morning hoping that someone could at least come out some time Monday/Tuesday to help me out. The very pleasant customer service person said lets got on it right away! Within 25 minutes I had a very kind and friendly technician at my door Easter morning! She was there for the furnace but put a work order in for someone to come the next morning to help with the water heater. Even though she could not resolve the issue with the furnace, she had all the parts ordered, and asked if we would like some space heaters to keep us warm until they could complete the job. ( How nice was that? ) Jason Beatty (very knowledgeable and trustworthy) arrive first thing Monday morning. After investigating the water heater thoroughly, he then explained all my options . Shortly after that, the installer David Beatty showed up and did an outstanding job installing a commercial grade water heater in just a couple of hours. He was extremely intelligent, and very courteous and explained everything that he was doing and how everything worked. He was very careful taking out the old heater and bringing in the new one without even a scratch to the home. He wanted to make sure I completely understood everything he was doing and kept asking me is there anything else he could do for me. He cleaned everything up like it was brand new and then thanked me for the business. I would highly recommend Wilson to anyone looking for a quality trustworthy HVAC/water heater company. He is knowledgeable and kind. He is an asset to Wilson and I am so grateful for his excellent work. Our second time to use Wilson and both times were great.
