We recently had our kitchen remodeled by this team. They did an amazing job, listened to all our needs and wants, and gave us a truly beautiful and functional kitchen, love these guys!

We needed soffits repaired after a storm. I was referred by my insurance agent to call them. They literally were at my house 2 hours later. They were super neat and professional. Reasonably priced as well! Esther in office was also a huge help in getting an over the phone estimate just by me sending pics since we live several miles from their office. I highly recommend!

I was more than impressed with On Point. I live in a different state than when the repairs took place and I was just relying on the kindness of strangers …BUT, they soon showed me quickly that I had made an amazing choice in contracting with On Point. They stayed on top of things I never even thought about..worked with Mom’s insurance and kept me apprised of everything. I left feeling like I had made a friend in Melissa. I know you will have the same experience because that’s the commitment they have made to their business and customers.

Esther, Todd, and the rest of the team are honest hardworking people that will stop at no end to do right by the customer. They completed a whole house renovation for me in a timely manner despite many unexpected obstacles. They did quality work and left me with a phenomenal finished product that I know will perform well as a short term rental. On Point Home Improvement from South Point, OH, completely redid the first floor of my house in Huntington, WV, after a flash flood put 18 inches of water in my house. The repairs were under the management of Esther Edmoundson, who was very knowledgeable and full of good ideas. She saw to it that everything was done to her and my satisfaction in a timely manner. Esther was always available to me by phone, no matter the day or the time. On Point's workers are skilled, punctual, and very pleasant to deal with--and they show up! I recommend On Point Improvement highly. You won't go wrong with that company.

Working with Todd and his crew was the best part of our crazy summer. We have a hot water leak that went unnoticed for some time. Insurance and adjusters were a thorn in my side. Once all that was taken care of we as home owners got 3 estimates. Todd wasn't the cheapest or most expensive. He was though the most honest. His team were professional, on time, and done amazing work. They will be my home improvement company from here on out!

We have used On Point for several home projects including kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom remodels. They have always been professional, done quality work, and clearly communicate. Horrible craftsmanship, worst work I have seen in 20 years of construction. Had to have floor pulled up and redone , 12foot trim put down in 3pcs. Management is nice at first but the first complaints they will change their tone and use condescending remarks. Almost 4 weeks into a bedroom and not done. Horrible experience!!!
