Josh Callicoat, comes highly recommended. Had a leak in the ceiling few days ago after a pretty bad storm popped up, couldn't get anyone to answer or return our calls from other businesses. Contacted Josh and he got back with me even though it was a bit later in the evening. Came the next day to check everything out, and even came back the next day to help with an issue that we weren't able to complete ourselves. He'll treat you like family, and make sure you're taken care of while answering any questions you might have.

I highly recommend Roof Masters. I decided to hire Roof Masters to replace my roof after one discussion with Roof Masters Representative Payton Coppage. Mr. Coppage went above and beyond to get my insurance company to cover my roof damage after a strong storm came through my area. If it weren’t for Payton, I don’t believe I would’ve been successful at getting my insurance company to cover my loss on my own. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Coppage. The crew that actually did the work on my roof did an excellent job as well. They worked very hard and they were very professional. They did a great job and completely finished my roof in one day. I had a wind damage in my roof. The insurance company denied saying it was "repairable". I contacted several contractors and they told that it was not repairable, but same response from the insurance. Finally, it was Payton from roof masters who guided me to fight with the insurance company and after almost a year, we were successful to replace the whole roof.

We had a tornado in April of 2024 and roof masters did an amazing job for us. Payton walked us step by step through the process,even dealing with our insurance company Would highly recommend.

The 2024 April storm did a number on roof. I was unsure if I should make an insurance claim or if they would even cover it. After talking with Michael and looking over the roof, I decided to have it done. He was very helpful with dealing with the insurance company and walked me through the process as well as answering every question i had. He was around for every step and made sure i was happy with the work. This guy goes above and beyond for the customer. These guys did a quality job on the roof, I'm really impressed. I'm always hard when it comes to someone else doing work on my home. Working in construction myself, I have a eye for anything that doesn't look correct or quality. If you're looking for a contractor to do your roof, highly recommend them for your project.

From inspection to completion everything about our experience with Roof Masters was a delight. Our salesman Peyton was very thorough and walked us through every step of the process and answered all our questions quickly and in an educated manor. The crew that installed our new roof was unbelievable. A very professional job well done.
