Tech was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and generous explaining the issue.

Mark was very nice and explained exactly what was going on with my dryer and showed me what he had to do to fix it. It was great to have someone that did not take financial advantage of the repairs.

I explained the issue that we were having with him. After a few minutes he explained what the issue was with the washer. He then completed a fix for the issue in a very timely manner and explained everything to me. I was very appreciative of his services.

LG Frig Compressor Failed and no other service company would touch it since it still had warranty. Sears came out and confirmed failure, ordered parts and was on time for repairs and finally got frig back in operation only thing I'm nervous about is 30 day warranty majority of other services were 90 days our service tech was great and very friendly

He was great! Not an easy job repairing my older frig. He had no issues! He knew without hesitation how to do the job. Very kind and respectful.

Repair man was due on Monday did not come until Friday we had to cancel appointments waiting and no human interaction will never use this service again and will tell my friends about the lack of communication from any human

My repair man was very knowledgeable and friendly and truthful about the situation I was in with his diagnosis. The cost to repair would be as much as a new mower because it had thrown a rod. So we decided not to fix it. But that wasn’t his fault. Glad he was able to assess it and save me time and money.

Darryl was very personal and engaging. Do not take this wrong but I hope I don't need to have you guys out again but if I do I would like to always request Darryl

Sears really get customer service, (take note Best Buy). They told us exactly what is wrong with our washer and the cost to fix it. Also, showed up in the time window they said they would. Highly recommend for any appliance service you need.

Our washing machine works like new now. It had been off balance and wouldn’t work during the spin cycle. Repairman was friendly and professional!
