Desperate, that's what I was at around Midnight with a sump that quit working during a downpour! Brian came out around 1:15 AM, driving about 45 minutes to replace my sump and essentially save my basement and my sanity.

When I called Roto Rooter, they arrived at my home within an hour of me calling. Blake was very helpful and completed the job in a timely manner.

We discovered Sunday morning that our sump pump broke during the night. We called roto rooter and the sump pump was replaced by 9:30 a.m. by the plumber, A.J. Karder. He was very polite and efficient.

Surprisingly fast response, showed up about an hour after calling for service. Blake was very knowledgeable, fixed the issue, and fixed another potential problem he noticed while inspecting the hot water tank.

I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't realized that Roto-Rooter offered so many plumbing services. And Blake, the service tech, is quite knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.

My sink was backed up and it went down into the basement bathroom. We tried many things to get the smell out and the black liquid that was in it finally we called roto rooter to come fix the situation. It took about 45 minutes. Now the smell and what was forming in the shower is now gone. I would definitely recommend this service.

I had water coming into my basement and needed assistance right away. Roto-Rooter was actually the 3rd plumber I called, but they were out within an hour and were professional and offered several options. Roto-Rooter will now be the FIRST call I make if I should need a plumber in the future!!

Roto Rooter, and in particular A.J. Karder, saved my day. I had another company (Charlies Drain Service) out yesterday and the expandable cap they had me purchase, since they broke mine, fell into the drain that they had just snaked to clear a clog. As I understand it now, they never should have left without replacing the cap for safety reasons. Charlies Drain Service had me go to the store to buy the one they recommended - never said it was urgent- and the darned cap they had me buy was too small - that's why it fell in. Then they returned the next day after telling me it was my fault; they were really rude. They couldn't get it out. They even dropped a knife in the drain. They then informed me to get someone to come into to open up the concrete floor and get it out of the pipes. A.J. put the camera in and couldn't see the cap. So he had me flush toilets, which they too should have done. And voila, he was able to get the cap. A.J. was very understanding of my situation and was very kind. I felt confident in his work and will definitely use Roto Rooter again.
