I had a fantastic experience with SKooz HVA Service! They were incredibly responsive, provided a very personal touch, and offered fair pricing for their top-notch service. The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services—you won’t be disappointed!

I was experiencing dry itchy nose, hoarseness and voice fading out when talking. I determined my house was dry and needed moisture. I needed knowledge on the benefits of a whole house humidifier and Ed from Skooz Heating & Cooling responded to my request. He was very detailed, patient and informed me which type would work best in my bungalow home. I’m so glad I chose Skooz for my instal because Ed was informative, patient, caring and kind before, during and after the instal. He also checked my furnace to ensure it was working properly and opened a couple vents that I did not realize were closed. My house is now more evenly heated than it has ever been. He did a great job. I found Skooz to be honest and fair in their pricing. I initially was using portable humidifiers in 3 rooms, which did add moisture but I had to run 24 hours and add water daily. There had to be a better way and going with the WHOLE HOUSE HUMIDIFIER keeps the whole house at it’s best humidity level. This was the right decision for me. I’m so glad I chose Skooz to complete this job for me.

Yesterday on one of the hot days we actually get a year, my AC unit stopped working. I called Skooz Heating and Cooling, left a message and within a half hour, I received a call back and an appt was scheduled for today 10:30am. By 11:30am, my AC unit was up and running and my household was happy again! Ed was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail with my options. He was very clear with the pricing breakdown. I ended up not needing as much as he originally quoted me for and paid less than originally expected. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I ask a lot of questions and he was so kind and patient. I never felt rushed and was so happy with the service. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs service.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. The owner is an amazing human being as well as an excellent diagnostician, a rare combination. I had another company out who stated my central air and furnace had to be replaced. I called Ed and he was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently..this guy knows his stuff. In fact, he came over on a Sunday holiday— and returned on the promised day on time. Absolutely no price gouging— even during one of the hottest weeks of the year. He went above and beyond what I would have expected by doing work that wasn’t even part of the job. For no reason other than he’s a good human!!! How often does that happen???. I am not easily impressed—but I can highly recommend Skooz Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC service (or sales, for that matter). 😀 Trustworthy, kind, honest and hard working are all words to describe Ed.
