Strongsville Heating and Air is one of those truly outstanding companies in our area. I had disappointing service from other HVAC companies when I first bought my house until I found Strongsville Heating and Air. The most outstanding employee has been Rob Petrigac who I always request because of the superior work that he does. I cherish my working relationship with the company and with Rob as a truly remarkable technician.

Strongsville Heating and Air Conditioning Inc just completed my new furnace and air conditioning unit installation. It was a pleasure to meet Jake, Kyle and Scott. They were friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything and answered my questions, even the ones I didn’t know to ask. Some of the companies I’ve dealt with in the past could learn a lot from this company. Their workers are top notch and pleasant.

This is the 2nd time we have contracted Strongsville Heating & Air Conditioning to work on our house. The first was a flawless installation of a new air conditioner and furnace.
This year we need a replacement hot water tank. Couldn't be more satisfied. The technician, Ron, was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. Although there was a slight problem due to gas and water connections not lining up with the current setup, he took the time to DO IT RIGHT! Everything turned out perfectly, looked good and cleanup was awesome.

My heater went out on a very cold day. This company was amazing! Super responsive and quickly got me a same day appointment. They were at my door within hours of my initial call. Price was very reasonable for the work too! Ron was extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind and conscientious. I unfortunately had to call him right after he left because something seemed to be not working correctly (no fault of his). He immediately answered and turned around and came right back to find a resolution. Will definitely be using this company again.

Had my furniture inspected and serviced today by Gary. Fantastic service. Gary is a USMC veteran and we spent some time talking about our time in the military. Thoroughly inspected everything, cleaned what needed cleaned, and I have a clean bill of health for the winter. $89 total! Great value from a great company!

This past winter, our furnace stopped kicking on, suddenly. Talked to Sherri, who was wonderful, and assurred me she would have someone come out ASAP. Within a couple of hours, Ron came out to fix the furnace. He was very professional and informative. He fixed the issue quickly, explained how to prevent the issue in the future, and took time to teach me a few other things about the furnace, as well. I really appreciated him being so thorough. As if that wasn't enough, I am a pet owner, who get nervous when service people come (if you know, you know). My cat walked up to Ron while he was working, and Ron asked me not to put the cat away on his account. Ron let my cat be his "little helper" and by the time Ron was leaving, my cat wanted to go with him! Professional, polite, and so helpful! By far, it was the best experience I've ever had with a service professional in my entire life!

I appreciate how quickly Ron was able to fix our problem with our furnace today. Because he explained in great detail what happened a couple weeks ago on Christmas Eve, I knew what to do when it happened again. I saw the gas company on the street and knew that they caused the problem again. He taught me how to read the code that the furnace gives and we got an appointment right away and Ron fixed us up! I’ve been a customer of Strongsville Heating and AC for 10+ years. The employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Ron, is an excellent technician. Recently, Ron replaced an electric hot water tank in my home, and his work is excellent. He is clean, timely, and polite. Thanks to all.

From initial quote, to installation, to regular maintenance, we are extremely satisfied with this company. Today, Ron came to do our A/C check up. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. All of their team are meticulous and detailed with their work and record keeping.

I'm so glad we chose them over the local, high-pressure company that have their own private label units. They were cheaper but the horror stories kept us away. Strongsville H&AC were just a few dollars higher but well worth it. We got a quality, brand name product and an expert team. I completely trust this company and you should, too.

I had this company come out today, September 24, 2024. Ron came out and assisted with checking everything to make sure it was ready for the winter. Not only was he, friendly, personable, and professional, but extremely knowledgeable of anything and everything that had to do with HVAC. I was very impressed. We also had a nice chat about other things that did not pertain to what he was assisting with. Every time someone from Strongsville heating and cooling comes out, they are always outstanding! I am very comforted in the fact that they care about the customer and that they want the best for the customer. I really could not be happier! I just had my furnace cleaned & checked by Strongsville Heating & Air Conditioning. Rob was the tech who did the service. He was so knowledgable and took the time to explain things to me. He brought to my attention that my thermostat was not the right one for my furnace, and that it was responsible for the high heating bills I was experiencing during the winter. He installed the proper thermostat, and took the time to check out every scenario to make sure that it was working as it should. He then patiently explained everything to me. I felt for the first time in many years, that I finally found a contractor that truly cared and took pride in their work!!

We have used Strongsville hvac for years from servicing our furnace & ac to purchasing and installing brand new systems and we couldn’t be happier. They are professional, Knowledgeable & friendly. All of the service techs are great / today we had Andy who was not only respectful & professional servicing our furnace but also had excellent tips to utilize our system economically & efficiently - I learned more from him than I have in 30+ years of owning a home!! Wow! I cannot say enough positive things about Sherry, Ron and Spencer. From ordering my hot water tank, to tracking its whereabouts frequently, to the numerous phone calls to keep me informed, to the friendly, clean installation, to the explanation of each installation step, I could not be more pleased with the service I received. All three were professional, friendly and so helpful. Thank you for the amazing service.

Had a heating and air conditioning checkup today by Bob the service tech, did a thorough job. Very impressed with his attention to detail, also he answered all my questions. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs their HVAC checked!!!

I've lived in Strongsville for 23 years and have had Strongsville Heating and Cooling Service my original 1984 system quite a few times. Some were seasonal checkups and there have been a few situations where we totally lost the AC during the hot summer months. Each time, whoever comes out comments on the system and how well it is running. If you are looking for an honest company that isn't going to try to upsell you on a new system just because it has some age on it, then look no further. These guys are the best. Our most recent visit was from Rob. He is the reason I am writing this review. He was very professional, answered our questions, and got that AC up and running again with a couple of new parts. I just got off the phone with a manager - but had to praise Andy’s work here as well! He was thorough and honest, polite and conscious. UPDATED SERVICES: I had my old system (from 1988) repaired and inquired about a full replacement. I received a great quote so opted to get it all done. The team arrived on time and could not be more polite and professional. Joe, Alex and Dave removed the old system, made all necessary adjustments and installed the new Carrier system in a day. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service from everyone at Strongsville Heating. My suggestion, if you are having any issues or have an old system, call this company. They make it easy..

Highly recommend. I had Gary - a United States Marine! He was awesome! He even spoke with my daughter with such kindness! Highly recommend ANY company that keeps these gems working!

We can’t say enough good things about Strongsville Heating & Air Conditioning. Our hot water tank started leaking so I called them on a Tuesday. We have an odd size and it’s on the second floor in a closet (not easy to get to). I sent pictures and Evelyn got back to me the same day with a price. She said the tank had to be ordered because it was an odd size. Wednesday we noticed more spots on our ceiling so the tank is dripping more. I called them back asked if Friday was ok, I said I don’t think so, it’s dripping a lot, I’m afraid it will break. Well the tank wasn’t in yet. But she said if the tank was in by 2 they would be out the same day. It came in! The men that installed Tommy and Scott were the nicest men ever! They treated each other with such respect. The supervisor, Tom, stopped over to help with removing the old tank and I was blown away with the respect he showed to his fellow workers. From start to finish they showed respect, they were clean, they smiled, never complained about the job being hard. Can’t say enough about the great experience! Thank you to everyone!!!

I own a rental in Strongsville, but live farther away. My tenants know to call Strongsville Heating and AC for all their furnace and AC needs. The company is quick to respond and sets up all visits directly with the tenants. I don’t have to be a middle man. They are more than fair and give me, by phone, an honest assessment of any problems and a very reasonable price. I appreciate that Strongsville Heating & AC is so easy to work with long distance. And I have always trusted their work.
