Rich Crosser and RC Carpet have been cleaning carpet for us for many, many years - maybe decades. He is one of my best and most trusted vendors. He's there at all hours of the day for extractions and cleans carpeting in hundreds of apartments for us every year. I do not know how many jobs he has done for us but it is in the 1,000's. I just wanted to share that my husband wrote an unfair review. He came home from work in a bad mood and yes the carpet was wet, he did not try to call RC Carpet to see if they could do anything about it. He just wrote the review which was not fair. This carpet was trashed, and it cleaned up beautifully, I would rehire them again to clean this carpet when the need arises.

This is the first time we have used RC carpet cleaners. Quin and I believe Jesse (my apologies if the name is incorrect), did an excellent job. They were very polite, and professional. The carpet looks and smells clean. We would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company. I will be using them again.

I’m more than pleased with the work the Quinn did on my carpet. I have two dogs and my carpet can get pretty stinky, but I know that Rich and everyone at RC will go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied.

Thanks for cleaning my carpets today. The crew did a great job. In and out quick and has that fresh carpet scent and feel again.

Not a bad price perse,my carpet is still super wet. Wet enough that I literally just pinched water onto some paper to show my wife and this is 2 1/2 hours after it was done. If my floors buckle do to all this wetness I will sue!!!!

RC truly does do a phenomenal job making not just your carpet, but your home feel clean. The apartment management paid for cleaning in my building after a storm caused water damage. Everyone agrees they were also blown away by the results! Jesse James and his partner Phil were extremely professional and informative. Very nice (and handsome) young men. Returning next day was a different young man, also seemed very professional. He came in to my apartment for a very brief look while attending to another unit. In that short time I believe this man walked away with a very expensive watch, that belonged to my late father. Apartment management has stated they would contact them and asked me to wait for their response. As of, 5 weeks I've heard nothing. Got voice-mail each time calling RC. am no closer to finding my property. Had it not been for this incident, i would have given the company 5 stars. Terrible thing when one rotten employee ruins what could be a great company!!
