They are fantastic! We have worked with them multiple times, most recently when our furnace went down on the coldest weekend of the year. One gets the feeling that they really care about their customers and will go the extra distance to make sure things are done right. This is the only heating and air company in Toledo we will use.

Great service and quick. Our AC went out in 105 degree heat and Zimmerman was able to get a new system installed in just one day. Courteous and informative. The best in SATX.

Our furnace broke over the weekend and we were told by a different company that we needed a new furnace. Zimmerman was our 2nd "free estimate" for a new furnace but after taking a look FIXED IT FOR US using an old part they had in the truck!

Zimmerman has done a great job of maintaining my furnace, ac and hot water heater. They stand behind their work and respond quickly in emergencies. I had a new hot water heater installed 16 months ago and it developed a leak at the relief valve ( manufacturer's defect). They replaced it under warranty in less than 24 hours. Thanks Dan, John, and the whole team.

I'm surprised to read the bad reviews of this company. They installed my furnace and air conditioner in my old home and I felt very comfortable leaving them in the house while I was at work. When I bought a new home, I had them come out and check the furnace to see if it needed to be replaced. John could easily have sold me a new furnace but instead he told me to keep it as it was a good furnace, even if it were older. I think very highly of their integrity.

Very professional company. My heat wasn’t working and They came out within an hour of my call. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Courteous staff and job was done for much less than I expected to pay. I will be using Zimmerman from now on! Much easier and better service than the last company I used. Highly recommend them.

John came and did a capacitor repair on my AC unit this morning, and he was absolutely professional, timely, and very affordable. My AC unit has been out for about a week, and despite calling over 5 other HVAC companies in Toledo, he was the only one to get back to me. I would highly recommend their services for all your HVAC needs in the Toledo area.

Zimmerman's had installed the original system in our home of 35 years, so we called them up and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Got us set up with a new AC and Furnace, so that we would not need to worry about our current one dying on us.

Awesome service! Called them on a Thursday afternoon and they had our AC fixed by noon the next day. Luckily it was just a repair and they did a great job. The techs that showed up explained what happened, what they replaced, and how to help maintain our unit. Fantastic price as well. Definitely recommend them if you’re in need of an AC or furnace fixed!
