Fred and Jake are two of the best plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. Fred is the GOAT of plumbers.They installed a whole house water filtration system, flushed my hot water heaters, used a novel technique to establish increase flow in all of our showers and faucets, installed a new Kohler DTV shower valve and changed all the bad fittings that were installed on our house during construction. Our water and plumbing system has never worked this well, not even the day that we were finished with building our house. It’s amazing the pressure in all of our showers. Fred and Jake are exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, clean, kind, and very fair. I give them my highest recommendation and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Needed a quick fix today. They responded quickly and were able to get a tech out same day which was great as our water had to be shut off until the issue was fixed. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just overall wonderful! Highly recommend!

Fickwood is the best! They handled the job professionally. They gave an estimate on site and completed the job as described, and then some! We had a huge project and they've been, by far, the best to work with.

We needed to have our water shut off valves replaced and this company put in a lot of work to get our water shut off. Since the city didn't have our box in shape properly, they were unable to actually finish the work but I would highly recommend them based on their determination and efforts. They were friendly and professional.

They are extremely punctual and able to get you in for work sometimes the same day! They do great work, do not run up the price on their work and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. They do all the plumbing work on my own home and our rentals! 100% recommended.

Very Professional and friendly. We had them install a tankless water heater a couple of years ago and it's been running flawlessly ever since. They explained every detail and didn't try to up sell at all. I've had them do work at my elderly mothers house and they were courteous and friendly to her as well.

They’ve done several jobs for me over the years. Their level of service and professionalism can’t be beat and their pricing is very fair. Recently had them add a basement sink and complete a whole house descale. Couldn’t be happier.

Called several places around the area for a water driven backup sump pump and received some astronomical numbers. Called Fickwood and received a very reasonable number. On the day of install, I changed the pump that I wanted to include wifi and an alarm, which was an additional cost. They didn’t mind that and the additional cost of the extras on the pump kept me even below every other estimate that I received in the area. Brandon arrived on time and was extremely pleasant. He got the work done in no time and it looks extremely well done. He even gave me an estimate on some additional work as well while he was here.

Very impressed with this service. Thought we had a leak in a water line inside a wall. Jake came out and very thoroughly identified that the problem was a leak in our refrigerator that was adjacent to the wall in question. We very much appreciated his ability to diagnose the problem quickly. We had the refrigerator fixed and problem solved! We will definitely call Fickwood Plumbing again should the need arise.

We needed our shower valve/handle assembly replaced, the original being 35 years old and clogged, in the shower in our bathroom. Everyone else said we needed to have an access panel installed on the wall to access and replace the valve. Fickwood said "no," that they could repair right through the cutout for the handle, with no access panel. I wanted to watch, and Brandon said "no problem," he was used to customers wanting to watch the process. Called Fickwood Thurs afternoon, came out Fri for estimate, estimate was reasonable, and Brandon did the job on the spot. They use Delta valves, said they are superior to Moen, less clogging over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. They do the more difficult "arthroscopic surgery" on your shower for the same price as folks who leave the "scar" of an access panel. Also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

We had three projects in our house needing plumbing expertise. The two guys were friendly and polite, and guided us in what they needed to do and did it professionally. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs.

10 stars aren't enough. I had several pipes freeze and then bust. It was a mess and an emergency. Luke and Jake were kind, attentive and beyond professional. Kayla is the woman in the office that I have dealt with during this nightmare and she deserves just as many stars. I never knew a plumbing company could be as honest and professional and kind as Fickwood. I chose them based on Google reviews and I am so glad I did. They had the perfect opportunity to take full advantage of the job (cost) and came in way below the original quote. I can't thank them enough and will never ever call another plumber. I have sung their praises to anyone who will listen and they have a customer for life!!

Definitely 5 stars! They responded quickly. They are polite and professional. They got everything done well, and without taking too long. They flushed the pipes so that the cold and hot water now works (better than it used to). There is amazing water pressure now. Thank you, Fickwood Plumbing!

The plumber showed up right on time, and even though the scope of work was larger then they anticipated - they made sure to have it done the same day. Service is incredible, and the plumber did great work. Would absolutely recommend for any plumbing needs. The scheduler for the company also went above and beyond to make sure it was completed on time, all around a great company to work with, and communication was seamless.

I had a shower installed, and was so happy with the professionalism from my initial call for a quote to the finished job! The price was reasonable and the job was completed within the quote price, except for a small extra charge for additional work I requested the day of the install. That charge was very minimal and well worth it! All the work done was excellent workmanship! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company!

Luke and Colin were so professional and worked together very well with each other. I asked a lot of questions during the install and they answered them all. Everyone that I dealt with during this process from Nate who did our quote, Sonya who helped set us up scheduling, to the installers, Luke and Colin were so friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumbing company.

Nate & Dylan replaced our sump pump today with a more powerful Zollar model. I have a big fear of water in a basement and we are all set! We have a city water back up pump, in case the power goes out. If that doesn’t work, we also have an extra back up line out to the yard. Nate & Dylan added a water line to the system so we can test it and showed me where to shut on/off that water and how to test the system (sump pump and the city water). They leave everything better than it was on arrival and let me take a video to learn about my system. I will certainly call them again!!

Wow. I cannot rave enough about our experience with Fickwood Plumbing. My husband found a minor leak in our crawl-space about a week ago. They came out within a week to repair it. Unfortunately, the leak unmasked a huge problem with our copper piping that had actually cracked all the way through the wall of our house to the outside. Fred was so kind, and communicated all his findings as they were happening. He even apologized that he kept finding these issues - but truly what a blessing in disguise. If he didn't find these issues when he was down there we would've been in a much worse spot in no time. He stayed, fixed everything in the same day, and worked so hard to make sure we were in a good spot. Fickwood was incredibly kind, professional, and delightful people to work with. Hands down will refer them to everyone, and will forever use them for future needs. Despite the stresses of having your pipes breaking and leaking right before Christmas, they've made this such an incredibly positive experience and left us grateful that they fixed this before it become a bigger issue. Thank you Fickwood, for everything, you went above and beyond!

We recently moved into a home in the Old West End and decided to have a few plumbing fixtures updated. On a recommendation from another Old West Ender, we chose Fickwood Plumbing, LLC and they scheduled us for the following day. That was helpful to us. When Brandon, the technician, arrived, he was very congenial and very helpful. His work was neat and very cleanly. Mr. Fick arrived with a new toilet fixture and that was installed with some updating to the mounting pieces beneath the toilet. All was done in a timely and professional manner with very pleasant people to deal with. And the cost was less than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend Fickwood Plumbing. We are extremely satisfied with their work.
