I made a last minute call and before the end of the day Biffs sent one of their service men.THe gentleman spent at least 45 minutes, took a picture and drew a diagram of the problem and suggested a plumber to call. He did all of this and didnot even charge me for his time. THANK YOU BIFFS for all your past service. In todays world it is extremely unusual not to be charged for a service call.

Woke up with no heat and a freezing house, and of course its Sunday. Called a couple "24hr" places and got the run around. Got ahold of Biffs and was able to get service in a short amount of time. Mark showed up and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and how he was fixing it. Biffs will forever be my go to for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks Mark for help and amazing service.

Highly recommend over many local competitors. I had an issue I was 90% sure what the cause of my AC unit not kicking on (capacitor), called a larger competitor first who came out and diagnosed so many problems and presented a $7k repair bill as the repair option, or a $6.5k new system replacement. Didn't believe the competitor's technician, called Biff's after a personal recommendation, and worked with Mark who confirmed my initial suspicions and didn't try to sell me on replacing old but working parts.

We've used Biff's a couple times now. Each time we had Mark. He is prompt and courteous. We had someone else come out and tell us we needed a new furnace. Mark diagnosed it and told us we did not need a replacement. He repaired it and we haven't had an issue since.
We had him come out this time for our a/c. We thought after 14 yrs, we would need a replacement. Once again, Mark to the rescue.We could not recommend them more.

If you want a honest and fair company, this is the one. To the call to the office to the completion of the work. I have absolutely no complaints. Mark I want to thank you again.

Biff's is an excellent company.
Three different A/C companies came to my house, checked my central air unit and said it needed replaced.
Mark from Biff's came today, saw a burnt wire, repaired it, cleaned the unit and the charge was so extremely reasonable.
I truly feel blessed by the Universe to have contacted Biff's.
I will always call them for repairs.

If you want honesty, you want Biff's. My family has used them for years. As other reviews have stated, you're going to get a real answer on what truly needs done. They are a small company and you might have to wait longer than a bigger company, but they've always been quick to respond in my experience. They treat you how family would be treated. A+ service.

Adam and Mark just installed a much needed new furnace and AC unit for us. We have used Biff's business for years now, because they are "The Best!" Truly! We especially appreciate that they never try to sell us, they are honest, fair in their pricing, and Adam has always gone an extra mile for us. Adam cleaned up our basement and even my upstairs floors/carpet so well that he saved me from having to do it.
Don't hesitate to call them! We have been so blessed by their services.
