Steve S.was my technician. He arrived on time and did the job most effciently. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. He made sure I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about my choices. Great service and I will use Keith's again.

I had a great experience! My air conditioner broke and Steve was able to fix it quickly and educated myself and my roommate on what’s going on and some things we can do to improve the lifespan of my very very old condenser. Anybody who saves a 20 year old piece of equipment over trying to make a sale on a new one is a true and honest technician!! Fantastic experience and he sold me on their maintenance package which saved me money AND will cover yearly maintenance AND save me money next time my old air conditioner inevitably breaks. Great service!!!

Jacob was prompt and professional. He walked us through the steps he was doing to get our furnace running again and was very knowledgeable.

Keith Heating and Cooling has done extensive work at our home and they have been wonderful every time! Doug the service manager is always quick to schedule service, helpful, and clear about expectations. Our new HVAC system that was installed is perfect! Their work is clean, they are prompt, and very knowledgeable. We also have a boiler system they’ve serviced. After our CO detectors continued to go off because of the boiler intermittently leaking gas, many company’s (including Wilson’s) came out and misdiagnosed the problem. Giving quotes up to $5,000 for “possible” fixes! Keith came, assessed the boiler and was disgusted with everything on our list of prior quotes from others. He found the actual issue within an hour and had it repaired within two days. No leaks, and saved us thousands!! Jacob was our repairmen for the boiler work and he is very polite, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile. Cleaning up the space beyond what he needed to.

Colbie has been to my house many times for seasonal service and maintenance. He does an awesome job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Extremely helpful and personable.

We’re very happy with our service! We were able to get someone out the next day and Steve was fantastic! He explained everything very well and quickly got the issues solved with our AC unit. Reasonably priced too with zero pressure. He also made very good friends with our dog so he was happy too. Will definitely recommend to friends!

I highly recommend Keith Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs. I called yesterday as my heat went out and had a tech here same day as they said. Before they arrived i got it working
but I still wanted a quote for replacement. They arrived earlier than expected which is amazing 👏. They took it apart to inspection a fee things to make sure it was safe to use and gave a quote. I was very pleased with the quote, knowledge and quality of service from the tech, Steven. We ended up going with a replacement due and was installed today. My furnace was end of life and was told that for the past 3 years so im thrilled and have a peace of mind while leaving for trips that it will not go out. The owner was a pleasure to speak with and leads a phenomenon crew with good moral values. I can respect that! Also he offered to loan me heaters if I needed them until someone came. So sweet. The install techs were, timely, punctual and professional. Very easy to do business and at a great price. Thank you Keith and crew. Happy Holidays!

Heat went down on a very cold Friday night. Left message with Keith Heating Sat. morning, not expecting to hear back until next business day (non-emergency). Received a call back almost immediately and within a couple hours the tech, Steve "Ebie", was at my door. He proved to be very capable, knowledgeable --and personable. He located and fixed the problem in short order, then continued to perform a thorough check of the system for any other issues. None presently. Pleasure doing business with them.
