First the experience I had speaking with Dean on Tuesday evening made me at ease with what I had going on and I appreciate that very much.
When it comes to Tyler my Tech this is where my experience was set apart from most.  Tyler called 30 mins before arriving to make sure I was there.  When arriving at my home he asked permission every step of the way.  When coming in and out of the home he took on and off his shoe covers every time.  That was an awesome thing to see.  When going down to look at the issues, he was very thorough and explained to me what he was finding and doing it so I could understand.  As he was there he gave helpful advice on maintenance and different tricks to keep my equipment running efficient.  He really took his time and made it easy. He was there about an hour and not once was I inconvenienced with what he was doing.  Very efficient, prompt and attentive.  Tyler is a great asset to have on staff."

Huge shoutout to Summit Heating and Cooling. My AC went out during the hottest day of the summer. They had someone out the same day to have it fixed. The serviceman was quick to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. With three kids under 5, this saved us a trip to my in laws for the night. Thanks again for the quick, professional service! I will use again.

They were able to come out quickly to replace our AC and furnace. The technicians were professional and kind while they worked.

These guys are THE BEST! We called in a Friday for an estimate on a new furnace. Dean was able to come out same day and give an estimate. Their price was extremely reasonable. Scott came out the following day to do the install. They were fast, efficient, professional, and thorough. Explained everything we needed to know, answered all our questions, set up warranties, everything. Cannot say enough good things about them. They have gained a customer for life and we'll be recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you again Summit for everything! We truly appreciate you!

He’s investigating a malfunction at both 471 Hilbish and 1854 pickle rd units , both units, are a result of eliminating the electronic air cleaner, and the April air unit has not been working, since they were disconnected!
I would recommend HIM FOR FUTURE EQUIPMENT repair/ tuneup procedures!

I had my AC unit serviced about a month ago. Kent was professional and honest. My AC has been working great through this summer heat wave.

Jordan came out today and fixed my central air very fast and was respectful I was told it was a couple thousand dollar job from a different company ended up being a very cheap fix.

The entire crew from customer service, Sales, And installation were professional, Knowledgeable And considerate of our questions and concerns. I have used their services for both AC And Heating Would highly recommend this company to anyone

I had a very old boiler system that needed replacement. I received several quotes and summit came in the middle price range. I went with them because I had a lot of questions and I do mean alot.lol.They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It was a big job and they were all very curtious, prompt, and meticulous. They were also very good with my 2 dogs which is very important. To me. Thanks so much for a job well done.We and the 🐕 are snug and warm. :)

We cannot say enough great things about Summit Heating and Cooling! Our furnace went out the night before an arctic blast brought temperatures down to -14 degrees. With a newborn at home and nowhere to go, we were in a desperate situation. Despite their busy schedule, the incredible team at Summit rearranged everything to help us the very next day. By 8:45 a.m., the technicians were at our home, and by noon, we had a brand-new furnace fully installed and operational. Their quick response literally saved us during one of the coldest days of the year!

Chris, the salesman, was phenomenal. He listened to our needs and made perfect recommendations, ensuring we got exactly the right system for our home. Steve and the technicians were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful, keeping our home clean and respecting our space. Kent was on time and very professional. He checked our A/C unit and made sure everything was working properly. He cleaned the fins of the outside unit. He checked the filter and did not change it as it did not need it. Kent serviced the unit last year and it worked well all summer. He explained everything he did and why. Thank you Kent for a job well done.

I have been using Summit Heating & Cooling for my furnace and AC repairs for a few years and just completed my annual furnace/AC service check. Kathryn does a wonderful job keeping me on track scheduling my routine service and Kent is an exceptional technician in keeping my 40+ year old AC unit running, We've talked about a replacement when the time comes without any sales pressure. Consistent and reliable customer service at a fair price.

My favorite thing about this company is absolutely their customer service and caring nature, when you call you get someone who wants to help you however they can. We had an emergency furnace outage in the middle of the night, I called and got their answering service at 3am, the office called me to have a tech come out by 8am on a Sunday and someone was out to our house literally within minutes. Jordan was so helpful in quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it (and some shoddy work done by a previous service) with ease. Their prices are fair and the service is wonderful. We will use Summit for all our HVAC needs going forward and I can’t thank them enough for saving us on this frigid weekend.

Had Jackson Comfort out to fix my furnace and immediately said the control board was bad and it would cost $1300 plus labor. Called Summit Heating and Lewis fixed it and it wasn't the control board, only charged me $200. I will definitely call them first next time!
