We have a fireplace and a wood burning stove that we have swept every year since we moved here in 2003. Over the past 3-4 years our stove has been inoperable due to a virtually non existent draw up the flue. I have had company after company come out here with cameras and brushes, etc. and even one that took my stove apart, all in an effort to troubleshoot the issue, but to no avail. None of the service personnel had a grasp of the thermodynamics and sciences of the stove/fireplace like your technicians did. It did take two days to identify the cause and remedy, but this company successfully eliminated the blockage in the flue and restored our Vermont Stove to working order.

Why choose another company? A big thank you to this company and their team! They fixed all our problems in just one week.Both technicians arrived and provided very professional service that was affordable for us! Our roof and chimney look great and I am already recommending them to other people! We will definitely call them again for any future problems!
