Bluflame technician Jeff came to our home within a couple of hours after calling about our furnace's e223 code.
He was very professional, respectful and quick to get at the problem. The part was at the shop so his boss John delivered it pronto! 5 stars definitely. I thought the price was way to much. But I guess that's the way it is these days..??

Called ahead of time, very friendly and thoughtful. We bought the furnace in 2022 and Blue flame does a great job in servicing the furnace and a/c. Highly recommend the company and technician’s they send out.

Jeff Cousino was our technician. He was very courteous and explained some of the procedures to me. He was doing our annual furnace check and cleaning. I would definitely recommend Jeff Cousino, if you need work done on your furnace or AC unit!

Darrell has come and saved us twice now. He works quickly and his customer service is awesome!! We really appreciate him!

3 minutes and he found system leaking Well to follow up only a couple of days and salesman was here and very honest and knowledgeable. 2 days later crew started removing old boiler and preparing for new install. The next day finished installing the new boiler and cleaned out chimney at connection. System appears to be working great and I am confident that it will continue. Answered my questions and were very polite. I will continue to use them for my future heating needs but don’t expect to have any except for yearly maintenance.

Technician gave complete explanation of problems with non functioning antique furnace and solutions to the problems. Also provided an accurate estimate for labor and parts. All work completed in timely manner and perfect working order! Thank you so much!

Dan T was here today to clean/check our furnace. We look forward to seeing him every year (though there have been other service techs in the past). He is very thorough in checking our furnace. In fact we may owe him our lives...a couple years ago when he was here, he detected a CO2 leak in our furnace, that needed immediate action, and a few other problems. He pointed out what was happening to my husband and what he was doing to take care of the problems. He greatly encouraged us to get a CO2 detector and then we decided to get a new furnace. I will give him 5 Stars every day!

I had another company out to repair the furnace in my garage. After throwing high dollar parts at it, it wasn't fixed. ( I wasn't charged for the parts) I called BluFlame and they came out Monday for the repair. Jeff and his new trainee showed up and did tests the previous company didn't do. The gas valve was found questionable along with a faulty over temp switch. Both were replaced and the furnace is working again. Jeff kept me informed as to what they were finding and the costs involved. He also suggested that since the gas shutoff valve was outside, they could add a shutoff valve inside for ease of servicing. I ok'ed the request and the repairs were made.

Bob installed an Ecobee thermostat at my home. Bob answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend blue flame. 5/28/25 I needed an adjustment on my Heat pump/ AC unit. Dave came out and did a great job! 9-3-2025 cleaned heat pump and furnace A-1 first class job!

Levi Snyder was a pleasure to welcome into my home. He was polite, courteous, thorough, and informative. He provided insight into possible future issues and was very professional. I would most definitely recommend him and even request his assistance in the future.

My house was built in 1894 , and my Furnace is original to the home. It's gigantic, has it's own room in the basement, and has had many modifications and alterations made to it over the years. Dan came out to my house the same day my furnace thew the blower drive belt resulting in a Rube Goldberg... Blower Belt got caught on the Dayton Industrial Electric motor which whipped around taking the power line out- sending a short through the system which took out my LCS (Limit Control Switch) and throwing the breaker. Dan systematically traced the issues back- and saved my house before it took a hard freeze (it was down to 42) degrees. He also let me watch him work and explained what he was doing so I could learn- as you can see I learned a lot. The more I know about his old house the better prepared I am to handle an emergency in the future. And the price was fair and reasonable.

My experience with blue flame technician Dan. T it was most satisfying, comforting knowing that he has a technical maintenance experience to solve my issue in a professional manner. Thank you, Dan T for continuing to have experience. This is the the experienced. I needed for me as a customer.

Service man was great, even delivering unpleasant news. He thoroughly explained the situation & possible solutions, with cost estimates. I feel he went above & beyond to make sure our heating & cooling systems would be compatible.

Darrell wickholm was very pleasant and thorough. He did a great job. He is welcome at our house anytime!!! We get our furnace serviced every January.

Gabe Somogyi came over to give me an estimate on my furnace. He called with an eta, was kind, and knowledgeable. He gave me options and made sure that I understood all of the details before leaving. You'll be in good hands if he comes to your home.

Levi Snyder performed maintenance service on my furnace today. I am a long time customer of Blu Flame and have always had prompt, professional techs but Levi is the best for sure! A great asset to the company.

Our furnace went out at the most inconvenient time. Even though they were busy with other emergency calls, they were able to fit us in and get our furnace back in service. Darrell explained everything that needed to be done to get the furnace working, quoted us a reasonable price, and told us about a part that could be replaced at a later date. The work was done quickly and our heat was restored!

Loved Colin M. (10/10. Highly recommend). He was very detailed in trying to find our mystery noise coming from our furnace. He was clean, super sweet, and informative with all our questions.

Placed a service call on a Wedsday for no heat! Tech came and said he couldn’t find anything wrong and cleaned a couple things! So paid for service call and charges for his cleaning! 2 days later same thing no heat again! Called right away at 8am. Said they would send tech back out! He got here after 5pm! He said could be one of two things! Changed one part and so far is working! I was thinking since it didn’t get fixed first time around I should not have had to wait over 8hrs for someone to show up! Very disappointing!! And the part wasn’t cheap!! Also no apology from anyone about this happening!

Thank you to bluflame for fixing and correcting my furnace issues! The office especially Brittani was very attentive to my problems! And a thank you to the tech they sent out. Explained everything and made suggestions for the issues i had! Again thank you for the professional attention I received! Have been using bluflame for over 40yrs!

Jeff Cousino and his partner did a great job replacing my water heater. Jeff was very friendly and explained everything when they were done. They cleaned everything up before leaving. Very satisfied!
