Our central air-conditioning system died and was unrepairable. We called multiple companies and received bids from 3. After reading reviews from all 3 companies, comparing products and costs, as well as availability, we decided to use Glass City HVAC. The quote process was thorough, making sure that we understood what would be done. The installers were simply awesome. They did a great job and were very careful not only to not disrupt anything around their work areas, but I feel that our new system was installed much better than the previous one. I strongly recommend Glass City HVAC to anyone looking for repairs or improvements to their system.

I would definitely call them again. My boyfriend and I are new home owners and our AC suddenly went out. They were able to get us an appointment very quickly (other places were booked out 1-2 weeks) and an hour time frame rather than 3-4 hour time frames for appointments. The man who came to do our service was extremely friendly and kind. Literally all that was wrong was we hadn’t replaced the air filter since we moved in 2 years ago (whoops!) but he still did a thorough check of everything to make sure for us. He didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing about the air filter and told us a few things to make sure were doing regularly for upkeep. Great experience!

My furnace went out during the coldest point of December and when I called to get an appointment, I was able to get in next day. Service was great, they were friendly, professional and the ladies over the phone when I had questions were patient and kind and very informative. Enjoyed my experience. I love my new furnace. It works beautifully.

I had to have my furnace replaced recently, and it was done in a quick, efficient manner with all my questions answered. I was so thankful that they were able to have it done within a couple of days after my phone call! I can’t believe how efficient my furnace is in comparison to my old one. A/C went out and it turned out to be the furnace. Who Knew that if your furnace was out your AC did not work...I did not.( Glad it went out in the summer time) Gary came and looked things over. He explained everything to me. My Furnace was from 1987. Wow I would say the people who owned the house prior to me got their moneys worth. I was given the pricing but it was going to be 2 weeks to install. I shared with him health issues that my spouse had and asked if we could be added to a cancelation list. As luck would have it we got a call and we were moved up. They arrived on time and the installers were friendly and explained things as they worked. I used this company to install my A/C a few years back and they are as professional as can be, friendly and treat you like your part of the family. I would recommend them with out hesitation.

Moved into our new place on Saturday just to find out that the other company that installed our new central air didn't do a good job. The wiring was messed up, among other things. We put in a request on Sunday night. Glass city reached out Monday and were here by Tuesday right on time the time window was set for 1-2pm, the technician pulled up at 1:00pm on the dot. He walked me through the problems fixed it all and was on his way. Super nice guy, answered all my questions and concerns, he took his time. I highly recommend this company. The lady that called to schedule my appointment was also very nice and professional.

Glass City did an excellent job replacing my HVAC system, and they did a very efficient job, all in one day. I am very pleased with their work.

Glass city hvac was wonderful! I needed a whole new hvac system when my furnace broke and no ac in house either. They explained all my options thoroughly and pros and cons of each. Then they did a great job installing my choice! I had an issue with the thermostat and they sent someone out quickly to come fix it. Definitely will use again for any future maintenance.

Been using Glass City HVAC for many years. They have replaced our furnace, water heater, and air conditioning unit. Always professional and priced well. Very good customer service.

We had Glass City Heating come out and there skilled technician diagnosed and had to replace the gas control valve on our hot water heater. Technician was very professional.

Had a strange noise coming from my furnace. Called Glass City and spoke to a very knowledgeable polite lady named Peggy who was very helpful. The Technician they sent was a man named Tom. He opened up my furnace to check the blower where the noise was coming from. He said it didn't sound like the motor was bad. He looked around and found a piece of an air filter that had torn off and became lodged in the furnace. He removed it tested my furnace and charged me a service call. So many other companies would have taken advantage of my situation and he was honest with me. I truly value honesty and this will be the company I call for my HVAC needs in the future. Tom was on time, polite, and professional. Thank you Glass City for being an honest company and taking care of your customers!

Our heat went out when it was really cold, so we decided to call glass city and immediately i knew i wanted to use them. From the lady on the phone, Perry and the staff that installed our new high efficiency furnace and our new A. C. The service was wonderful and they truly took tjere time and did a great job. Its been a few weeks now and we love having heat again . I highly recommend them, they also have great finance options available.

They showed up when they said they would. Very professional. They got right to work installing our new A/C unit. They had to do a few modifications to the existing system we had and installed a new thermostat. Cleaned up after they were done. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Glass City was fantastic! When I called in the woman that answered the phone(I can't remember her name) was awesome! She gave me great advice on what I should look into. Mike the technician was equally as awesome! He explained what the deal was, gave me his expert opinion and was able to save me some money. I highly recommend Glass City!

I was very happy with the work that was done. The men were very courteous and kind and they stayed on the job and did the job so it was done. I'm very pleased and happy my furnace is working while so far. I also want to Thank Gary, the owner that mean did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will.

What started out as a routine yearly cleaning, turned into an additional purchase when my heater for my greenhouse went out on the same day as the cleaning for the main house. They gave me a fair price and were out to replace the unit within a few days! Everyone did a great job. Would recommend!!

Professional and courteous, called for a replacement for our 30yr old furnace. They came out later that day for an inspection/quote, he was able to explain in detail all the different options to choose from as well as prices, and different payments options too. Scheduled a couple days later, the crew was polite and friendly. Kept the work area very clean and gave us a thorough walk thru of all the work once it was done. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

We've had Glass City Heating and Air come out several times in the past few years for cleaning/ check of furnace and AC and repair of AC. We have had both Mike and Tom. They are both knowledgeable and professional. Prices are good. Never using any other company!

The installers where great professional I've had glass city install my air conditioner furnace and water heater and they will be back to install a mini split heat and air conditioning unit in are garage i highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service and a fair price. They were easy to work with and when we needed to reschedule due to another contractors delay. They rescheduled and were there and got the work done very professionally. I would use them again.
