Hate this store

Take my name I don’t care! Teach your managers better! How dare they treat somebody that way! And no by law they do not need any marking to show you that it’s a service dog and no they do not need to prove to you that it is!

Do better. Teach your employees to be compassionate and respectful, especially if someone is sitting on the floor with their service animal having a disorder episode. The team leader in question should be demoted and retrained on social etiquette.

Came here for one thing they only had one of it, didn’t have a lid. I told them this at customer service and they insisted upon wasting half an hour of my time looking for a lid only to say they couldn’t find it. And they couldn’t help me with it at all
