I called Alternative Plumbing in the morning with a possible plumbing problem. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for that day between 1:00pm -5:00pm. She also stated that she would call when their technician Mark was on his way. She did call to let me know that he was on his way and it was earlier than expected which was a bonus. Mark arrived & was very professional and solved our problem. I would recommend them from my experience.

My homeowners insurance scheduled this company to come out and snake a clogged sewage line. They showed up when scheduled, did their job, and were out the door in a timely manner. Very professional, well-trained plumbers. I had absolutely zero issues with this company, and I am very thankful they came as quickly as they did.

My hot water heater stopped working this morning. When I called, the lady that answered was professional and nice. They were out within a few hours. The crew, Chris and Tylor, were just as professional and nice. I have used them before and will use them again. I know it will be done correctly. Yes, I recommend them.

I had to have the line from my meter to the tap replaced. Two crews came out. One crew to dig and connect, the other crew to bore the line into the basement. These guys did an awesome job! My water was only off for a couple of hours. I am 100% satisfied with the job they did. I would definitely recommend Alternative Plumbing Plus.

I called Alternative Plumbing because I needed the main water pipe to my house replaced. Mark came out quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. His crew, Bird and Bobby, replaced the line . They were fast, friendly, and very professional. This is a great company with great service, which is too often hard to find.

Had these guys do some work for me last week. They did amazing! Good group of guys got right to work and did a huge job pretty fast. 100% these are my plumbers for the future. Price was really good for the work they did as well

Alternative was very responsive to an urgent issue we had with draining. Unlike another plumbing company I used in the past, they ran a camera from the septic tank and immediately discovered we had a broken pipe. They got the clog free so we could use toilets and showers again then came back to repair the break.

The old pipe leading from the house was cheap ABS. Alternative dug out the pipe without breaking up our concrete patio, replaced most of the pipe with rigid schedule 40, and we've been going clog free ever since.

Great pricing. Small nitpick: when I tried to schedule the large work of digging up and replacing the pipe, I only found out after the workers left that I'd need to pay a deposit to get that work scheduled. Had I known I could have paid that while they were there.

Again, very good pricing and excellent work. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again.

I would highly recommend Alternative Plumbing. They were on time and the 2 guys they sent out were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They did exactly what I needed to do and the price was fair. I will tell my family and friends about them.

I called Alternative Plumbing Plus because my plumbing was gurgling like crazy. The diagnosis was a blockage in the sewer line. Cody and Isaiah checked the line with a camera and found a break in the tile, the job suddenly became bigger than expected. They showed me pictures of the broken tile and explained the steps to fix it. When they were finished outside, they checked the plumbing inside the house, only to find there was still some gurgling. Into the crawlspace they went to clear the line. They did a fantastic job, and they were polite, professional and upbeat all day. Thanks, Cody and Isaiah!!

I recently had a system failure in my sewer and Conner and Logan from Alternative Plumbing Plus were the technicians who came out to investigate and repair. The technicians were on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding my issue. These technicians went above and beyond. Not only did they repair but they left everything pristine and in proper working order as well. I highly recommend this company!

We contracted with Alternative Plumbing Plus to connect to a recently installed city water line on our street in Bedford Township. From our initial consultation with Mark the owner we felt very confident the job would be done correctly. Mark and his team exceeded all of our expectations on the line installation. The customer service representatives were very efficient and responsive. The skilled crew performing the installation got the job done correctly and on schedule. It is obvious that excellent customer service is their focus at Alternative Plumbing Plus. Certainly that is top-down driven. We highly recommend Alternative Plumbing Plus for any services they provide. We'll be using them whenever possible from now on.

I had the water main to my house replaced. After the initial speed bump in scheduling an estimate, everything went smoothly. Marcos and Mark were very professional and respectful. They were fast and efficient with quality work. Reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. Thanks guys for the phenomenal job and cleaning up after. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! My son flushed a Matchbox Car down the toilet and they came out shortly after our call on Saturday. Very polite, Quick, and reasonable pricing. Will definitely be calling again if need be, and reccomending them to friends and family! Thanks again!

Cody and Isaiah just came out to take care of some roots and video scope the main line of a home I'm in the process of selling. They have the tools for the job. I was pretty impressed they're not using the standard equipment, but much more powerful stuff. They ran the cable cleaner, then took a video scope to see how well it was. They went all the way to the city main sewer line and found 2 spots to clean up. Cody was the technician and Isaiah his apprentice. They made another run hitting it pretty good and rescoped the line. I was able to watch the video of the line and it was great to see, to my surprise, how clean it is and the tile was all in great shape for being in place since 1971. This was money well spent. I wish I used them for the 15 years I lived in this house, it would have been cheaper in the long run especially visually seeing it was right. I should mention, last week I had another plumber clean it out but during the home sale inspection they saw plenty of roots with just a simple hole in them. That actually had cost me just as much.

We’ve had quite a bit of plumbing-related work done on our 100+ year old property this year - sump pump installation, back flow valve installation, and a full water main line replacement. We’ve been very happy with all of the work Alternative Plumbing has done for us. They arrived on time each day, very polite crew, and have done a great job cleaning up after each job. Will be coming back to them for any of our future plumbing needs!

We discovered a leak in our ceiling and our concerns grew after opening up the drywall. We gave Alternative Plumbing a call right before closing Monday night and the office staff were so friendly and kind on the phone and got us scheduled for the next day to take a look and give us a quote. We had the pleasure of working with Tylor and Jordan and within 24 hours, our leak is fixed and we are confident in their work and happy with the repair. Their prices are fair and they answered every question we had.

I highly recommend Alternative Plumbing, and they were even recommended to us by another plumbing company who couldn't see us right away. I can see why everyone speaks highly of them and recommends them. They are a great company and we look forward to working with them in the future for some plumbing upgrades in our home. No idea how this company has less than 4.5 stars. Super fair prices, the technicians I had help me were super friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my gas lines, offered me advice when I asked for it, and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question.

I will be using this company again. If you have gas line troubles, this is the company to call.

This review is long overdue. In October of 2022, Alternative Plumbing installed a new main water line for my home. The original, 60 year old copper line was leaking 50 gallons a day, and I felt it was time.

Alternative came out in the morning to dig near my meter to first see if there was an issue with the connection. There wasn't one, which meant it was the line. So, I gave them the OK to install a new line. The rest of the crew showed up with their ling boring machine a short time later.

By the end of the day, I had a new line and the big hole in my yard near the meter was back filled. It was almost as if no one had been there--that's how low-impact their service is in terms of the yard! I was impressed by their professionalism and their competence. The crew was a good bunch of guys. I highly recommend Alternative. And the price was reasonable.
