Communication and promptness has been exceptional. Greg has been great at communicating and walking me through details throughout the project.i was very impressed with the appearance and professionalism of everybody I dealt with.

From the gentleman that walked around the neighborhood asking if I wanted a free estimate (given at that time), Joe, Phil, Drew and David. Did a fantastic job! I’m so happy with my new front window. I can open it now. Old are the little four panes.

We are so impressed with the outcome of our window and siding replacement project. It looks amazing and we are certain that the workmanship is top notch, having watched the whole process. Tyler, (our sales rep at the beginning,) was very knowledgeable and helpful, even returning to answer questions about the windows order and ensure the design fit our requirements. The window installation trio did such a professional job, and offered great advice when a few issues came up. The demolition crew did well, though I personally feel the demo work should preceed the window installation, for the sake of avoiding window damage. Our siding installation was well done and clean up was completed to our satisfaction. Megan, the project coordinator is such a helpful presence, she is, “on it!” Our final inspection, with Megan, went very well. Megan took care of any concerns on the spot. All said, we are satisfied customers. Thank you!

The whole experience was great. They started at eight in the morning and we’re finished by 2 o’clock pick up every little thing. My roof looks wonderful. Very happy I hired them thank you 🙏

Integrity replaced some 1960s wood windows for us. They took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure the new windows would be just the way we wanted them. The installation team did such a great job. They were like a well-oiled machine and I can’t believe how quickly they got everything done. At the same time, they got all the details right. The windows look great inside and out. They found a small problem with one window sash that I might not have noticed, and ordered a replacement the same day. Pricing was upfront and there were no surprises. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job installing new windows at my home. Super professional, very clean, and a good group of guys. Couldn't be happier with the result. They were on time, thorough and very punctual when it came to doing the work. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any other project that I need.

Completed my siding installation quick and easy hassle free. My project manager Megan was great and the Installers were respectful and clean.

The workers came when expected they went right to work. They were polite and did a good job with clean up. Greg. On site manager was very accommodating with my questions. He is very polite and talked with me at the end like he had nothing else to do but listen to me. That is good representation and a good feeling that I mattered. So thanks again Greg. I want to thank Manager Greg for all his help and assistance throughout this project. Integrity really know what they’re doing and will do it FAST and efficiently. Greg did a good job as our project manager. Moises did a good job as the crew supervisor. They were professional and answered all questions. The crew arrived on time, worked well together and cleaned up after. The total job was completed in less time than estimated.

The work was done in a timely fashion and so far no issues. I was hoping for some senior prices. The contacts where very friendly and knowledgeable. With replacing a roof time will tell the quality of the job.

We had all new siding and gutters installed. Our salesman was great, very knowledgeable. The crew leader Megan was the best, she took care of us and her crew like a professional. Megan explained everything to us and was there to answer any questions we had.

I haven’t pulled the trigger yet but they will be my first call. I worked with Tyler. He saved my specs. He was excellent , not pushy, not the typical salesmen. I feel very comfortable making Integrity (especially Tyler) my first and only call when we are ready for new doors. Product, service, everything is top notch.

Brett and his crew where very respectful. They came in and did an amazing job. Once they got the shingles off they realized that all the wood needed replaced. They got all the wood replaced and finished the roof in amazing time. I am very grateful to have had such an amazing crew working on my home. Thank you all very much. I really love my new roof. It looks great and they made sure to clean everything and took special care making sure they had all the nails out of the yard for my dog. From the very beginning with Mike who told me about a problem with my roof that no one else that had looked at it told me about through the end everyone was very helpful. Could not have had a better team helping me.

Brett and his crew of roofers and Megan and her crew of siding installers were excellent. All were hard working and knowledgeable, and all concerns or questions we had were addressed. We’re very happy that we went with Integrity for our home repairs and improvements.

Integrity has given absolutely the best customer service with our recent roof repair and new gutter installation. From the first phone calls, their communication and updates, and fantastic crews, they are a pleasure to help us. The house looks beautiful and we are relieved to have this done with winter coming. Gregory Scheiderer and his team were excellent. I had a couple of questions before the job, he responded quickly and said it wasn't a problem.
The guys got to work, covered my grass to gather all the debris. When I got home, my yard was clean and everything was in the dumpster.
During the final walk through Greg answerd other questions I had like the flashing, and the vent over my bathroom. He was very chill. I am very happy and satisfied with my new roof. I want to thank Integrity for a job well done. Greg mentioned that they also do sidding. I will definitely call them for that.

The initial meeting with Joshua was professional and informative. The details he provided helped us greatly. On time and direct. Didn't mind our questions. Korey, who oversaw the roofing project, had a team of professional people who completed the overall roof replacement and did an excellent job. I like they were straight business right down to the clean up. Korey kept me and my wife informed which alleviated any concerns. It's nice to have a local person to reach out to.
