This is my third time using Seagate. The first was a basement repair and waterproofing. The second experience was siding on my house and garage. This last one was installing gutter guards. I’m very pleased with their service and their pricing and that is why I have use them on multiple occasions

Seagate does great work! When we were getting quotes, all of the other roofing contractors wanted to know what Seagate's price was because they wanted to compares themselves to the best! You might find cheaper but you get what you pay for! Great job...great price!

We got our garage roofs done and realized our back porch roof was in bad shape. They looked at it and came back the next day to put a new roof on. They were very professional, honest, friendly and clean up was amazing! We would recommend them 100% to anyone in need of these services. I hired them in 2020 to do some foundation work, where I had a crack with water leaking through after rains. They came with a good recommendation from my neighbor. They fixed the crack problem in the wall, sealed this wall on the inside with epoxy and the outside with hydraulic cement foam insulation, tested the drain tile where they were digging, ensuring it could run water through without blockage, backfilled with stones, and built a replacement stoop after having had to remove an existing stoop above their excavation location. In my opinion they were totally professional, experienced, and competent - inspecting, estimating, and doing the work. I would definitely hire Seagate again, should the need arise.

I highly recommend them! Steve was amazing and they came out quickly and repaired all the damage. They were wonderful and honest did great work I can't emphasize how impressed I was with every step of the process they definitely took a load off my shoulders for sure!

Jim and Tim, the installers from Seagate, were professional and courteous as they installed vinyl siding and wrapped all trim and door and window frames with aluminum on my two car garage. The work was done in the agreed amount of time at the agreed price. I am totally pleased with the job and would use them again.

Seagate did a Major basement foundation repair for me. My basement walls were leaking like a garden hose and bowing in.

When they were done. All was cleaned up and dry. I was able to paint it with regular paint and no more water issues and the walls were rock solid. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Seagate

Seagate did a roof on my rental property along with repairing some gutters to keep water from causing some additional damage in the future. They did a fantastic job and it was really fast and they cleaned up completely behind themselves. I have a lifetime warranty on the roof now. Great job!

In June 2020, a very large tree branch fell on my home with damage to my roof and siding and knocking the chimney down to the ground. I live 4.5 hours from Toledo and since I was not going to be able to be onsite for contractor selection directly, I relied on recommendations from various resources, looked into reviews for each, and communicated often with my father who acted as my eyes and ears while I was away. Dad also provided extra insight as he was in the construction trade for 50 years so could talk-the-talk and walk-the-walk. Of course, his is my most trustworthy recommendation and I value his opinions and guidance, especially in this unexpected and unfortunate circumstance.

We chose Seagate based upon this information. I was looking at a whole new roof, chimney rebuild, new siding, window cladding, awnings, and shutters. Things moved along and, given the coordination efforts that need to be made with various subcontractors and weather conditions, delays were understandable…after all, mine was not the only job they are all working on.

Throughout the five-month project, there was a period of time when it seemed communication stalled and work came to a halt, neither my father nor I had been provided a status of the job. It wasn’t until I reached out to the project manager to get an update. After a few phone calls on both sides, we were able to get back on the same page. The stall wasn’t related to the major work like the roofing, siding, or chimney, it was more that there were manufacturing and delivery delays that I wasn’t aware of for the awnings (& wouldn’t be since I wasn’t directly involved with that behind-the-scenes responsibility) and there were a few smaller items still to be fixed. This is not meant to demean the work done overall, but more of a suggestion to inform the customer when such instances occur simply in order to let them know they are not forgotten.

From that point forward, communication greatly improved between the project manager, Dad, and me. I was given the project managers cell phone number for direct access. When the awnings came in, they were the wrong color scheme. Yes, I was disappointed; however, mistakes happen and I was reassured that I would get what I selected. The correct awnings were received in a timely manner and all was back to expectations. The remaining items were finished within a few days as well, making the job complete.

While there may have been a few bumps along the way, they were promptly remedied which restored my faith in the company and I would choose them again for exterior work. Incidentally, when it came time to sign-off the job and the final invoice was received, there was a discrepancy in the total amount from them as compared to my insurance company’s final numbers for payment. The project manager and office staff promptly resolved the issue after communicating directly with my agent and final sign-off and payment was recently taken care of.

Thanks to Seagate Roofing and Foundation and their subcontractors, my home now has a brand new exterior which I am extremely grateful for, and proud of, due all of their work.

Dustin and co-worker did a superb job replacing the damaged shingles around my electrical mast. They also re-anchored the mast back into its original position, replaced roof boards, installed a heavy-duty boot around the mast, and laid new shingles. Their photos taken of this job from start to finish document their excellent workmanship. I especially appreciate the 2-year warranty. BTW, Seagate previously re-shingled my entire roof, installed roof ridge vents and ice damn membrane with the same high-quality work.--Tom Schoen, Toledo, Ohio

Over the years entrusted many projects to Seagate Roofing. Years later while visiting the Toledo area passing by projects we contracted Seagate 20+ years ago still look great.
My family has relocated several times for our jobs. We have not found any contractors that come close to Seagate quality and reliability. Seagate is a company I wished for in other areas.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first phone call for a quote, to signing the completed work order, Seagate was exceptional with my new roof installation. I hired them a year ago to repair a basement wall and service was the same. I would highly recommend them.

Seagate waterproofing did a top notched job in our basement! Started the job before the promised date and the crew was professional efficient and made sure our home was cleaned up every night before they left. Such a good feeling knowing our basement is dry and comfortable . Thanks to Steve and the whole crew that did an amazing job!

We have used Seagate before for foundation work and were very pleased with the whole process. We were very happy to find out they also did windows. I am extremely happy with our new windows and the job from start to finish. They have great customer service !! I Highly recommend Seagate.

Top rated company, very honest office employees and quality workers.
With last Friday's hard rain and winds we developed a leak in our great room. I called my insurance and they gave me some names I never heard of. I called the roofer that we used for our stores and they no longer do home roofing projects and they gave me the number to Seagate. Talked to a nice lady and scheduled an appointment to look at the roof, she got my name and address. Five minutes later she called me back and said that based on the address they were the company the installed the roof and although the previous owner did not properly transfer the Owens Corning contact the Seagate 10 year contract was still valid. A nice worker came out today to fix the roof and someone is coming out to repair the ceiling in the great room. How lucky is that, I could have called a 100 other roofers but called Seagate and because of them being an honest company staffed with employees that have a great amount of integrity we got everything repaired at no cost to us. If your thinking of a new roof, you should certainly call Seagate as they stand by their work 100 percent!

We just had our foundation leak issue done today, and so far we are very pleased! They went above and beyond and if we ever need to use them again we would! No complaints!

We had a hairline crack in our foundation coming off of one of our window wells causing our finished side of the basement to get wet. Seagate was able to repair the crack on the outside of the house while also sealing the remainder of the foundation. The salesperson was accurate in his estimate and timeline and the crew did a phenomenal job not only with the work itself but then leaving my property the way it was prior to the work. Very happy with Seagate and their services.

We had our old attic insulation removed and atticat insulation blown in. Wes did a phenomenal job. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We have already noticed our house is warmer with the new insulation!

Had an issue some time after my job was completed. Seagate came back out, got my issued resolved in a very timely, efficient, and professional manner. Highly recommend their services.

Our basement slowly started to leak around it's foundation. After waiting too long reached out to Seagate. After inspection and explaining the process we had our basement waterproofed. What a fantastic and beautiful finished product.
The team worked like I've never seen.
They finished in less than 5 days for us.
The management team made several visits after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied with the project.
