Phil replaced our furnace on a Saturday. When a another company was going to make us wait 4 days to replace it with no heat, he did it the next day & half the price.

The Best!! This guy is the real deal. Answered the phone, scheduled me in, showed up in the amount of time he stated, quoted me a good price, and did a great job. If you call and he doesn't answer, don't be deterred. Leave a message. He will call you back and he is worth the wait.

Had a water pipe burst last night at 9:00 PM. Phil was there in 30 minutes. Polite, quick, meticulous and reasonably priced. That's how you earn business long term!

Emailed PDR at 11 at night to see about service the next day. Got a response at 11:21 pm. Showed up on time, fixed the issue in a half hour, and even fixed my storm door hinge as he walked out. Quick service, friendly, cost efficient. I highly recommend!

Paul was at my house 12 minutes after I called, and offered not to charge me for loosening a stuck valve (I have him $20 for the trip at least). Quick, honest, and smart is everything you can ask for in a plumber!

The owner did not answer the phone by identifying himself or the business, so i was not sure if I had the right number. Other than that, this guy was aces. On the coldest night of the year, I got home to no furnace operation. My furnace guy wasnt available, so I hit the net for someone close. He had good reviews, so I called. He was there in less than one hour, had it diagnosed in less than 15 minutes, and had parts on the truck to fix it right away. the service level was way above average. If you dont have a furnace guy already, I would definitely recommend this company.
