Brett Haught from Bonsky Heating and Cooling was polite, professional, and communicated clearly about the repair. He fixed the blower motor on my furnace efficiently and made the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend!

Larry came out and did an awesome job. Very respectful and answered a lot of questions that I had. He also offered some advice to help manage some issues that I was concerned about. I would highly recommend!

On a Monday at 3:30 in the afternoon , on one of the coldest days this winter and 36 hrs from leaving on a vacation I noticed that the house was cooling off and the furnace was not working . I called Bonsky, they had a technician at the house that afternoon and a new furnace installed within 24 hrs saving my vacation. I highly recommended Bonsky Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.

Mr. James did an excellent job. He was very thorough in the inspection of my furnace, and caught a problem we weren't even aware of, and fixed it. He answered all my questions, clearly.

New company for me. Very pleased with the service tune-up I had done. Talon was excellent, timely, thorough, and very nice. He asked questions and provided me with the opportunity to do the same.

I am just now waiting for additional follow up on the maintenance package and water heater estimate.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed, and the experience was excellent. The technicians were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. The installation was completed efficiently, and the system works perfectly. Highly recommend their services.

Andrew and Jack did a good job yesterday. They installed the last of the duct and did most of the gas line install to the new location. They typically ask about install steps to make sure they are meeting expectations which I appreciate.

They put in a new furnace. The men putting it in were very nice and profeshional. They took the time to answer my questions. Both men were knowledgable. The office Associates that I spoke with several times were extremely helpful, respectful and kind. My whole experience with Bonsky people was OUT OF THIS WORLD POSSITIVE.

The service tech was amazing and helped get our house back up and running quickly and efficient. He was very honest and forthcoming of what our next steps need to be not just to make a sale but to make sure my family is protected.

TJ was very considerate, polite and very detailed in his inspection of my furnace. He was very patient as I asked a lot of questions. After finding just a minor issue that he remedied, he reminded me that if anything comes up within 30 days that should call him back to come out again at no cost to me. Thank you!!

Bonsky got a tech to our house in less than 24 hours and Devon was great! He checked our furnace and hot water tank thoroughly then gave us all our options.

Called Bonsky early evening this week do to our furnace not firing. We were serviced by Devon who diagnosed the problem and was able complete the repair. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what was repaired.
We've been a Bonsky customer for over 30 years and will continue. Their service is outstanding, a pleasure to work with and extremely customer focused.

Devon was very respectful and professional. Took thr time to go over all the work he did plus explaining the new component we will have him install next week that will keep our investment clean and operating better going forward.

Cory was great in diagnosing issues with my furnace. Robert did a great job in helping us decide on a furnace that fit our needs and budget. Andrew and Jack did a great job installing the furnace and thoroughly explaining how it works. We even received a thank you gift a week later. We couldn’t be happier.

Our furnace stopped working on Thursday when we were out of town.
A few days later, my son in law checked it out and got it started, but it stoped after a few minutes.
When Brett arrived, he listened to that story.
Brett cleaned and checked out our furnace.
After it started working he waited for an extra 20 minutes. The furnace stopped. Fortunately he was able to find the problem and get a new part ordered.
This was our first time working with Bonsky’s under the new owners. It was an adventure!
We had a miscommunication issue that delayed our service. It was resolved professionally and promptly.
It was even interesting when I was on hold.

Thanks, Brett for your service and problem solving. We appreciate you taking the initiative to see if the part was on warranty. That saved us a lot!
