On several occasions, we have used JEM Plumbing. The JEM team always provides great customer service, pays attention to detail and cares about the quality of their work. Natalie and Ashley are always very friendly and helpful getting things scheduled. Jeremy does a great job answering our questions, making sure we understand the process and options.

Recently, Joe and Chad worked on our shower renovation. They did an awesome job and left everything cleaner than how it was before they started!

I highly recommend JEM and will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs!

Gave us a reasonable estimate and saved us money ! First company told us the water heater was out of warranty and gave an estimate double the price of what was quoted by JEM. Helped us make the claim avoiding parts cost and moved us up on the schedule to get taken care of. Natalie was awesome 👌

I picked JEM plumbing over others to install a new, self cleaning Bradford White Hot water heater. The plumbers who did the job were efficient and friendly. This was not an inexpensive proposition so it was important to me to get the highest quality workmanship for a reasonable price. For a small amount, they also offered six years of labor if the unit needed service.

Carson did a great job fixing our clogged toilet. He was friendly and explained everything including exactly what the cost would be before doing the work. And the pricing was reasonable! I highly recommend Carson and JEM Plumbing!

I have used GEM Plumbing for years and as usual Tim Morrison didn't let me down. He was arrived on time parked where I instructed and was able to hook up a new gas grill to a newly run gas line. He was professional through out the entire time he was on site and updated me on price as the project progressed. If your looking for a plumber call GEM and ask for Tim Morrison.

JEM completed a 550+ foot plus sewer line installation from the street to our house. They successfully overcame difficult terrain including trees, steep drop-offs, wooded hillside, and existing underground utilities. The company communicated very well with me and kept me notified about different steps in the process. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Jeremy, Mark, Joe, Jacob, and Ben for your hard work.

JEM was back again today to install my new tankless water heater. I can't say enough about the installers Will and Andrew. They were great guys and so professional. They took care not to track through the house and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thanks also to Jeremy for taking the time to explain my options for another plumbing issue I'm having.

My mom's water heater went out late afternoon. I phoned JEM Plumbing and spoke with Natalie. She took all the information on the current system, gave a detailed quote for the new unit and had her booked for the next day ... within an hour of my call! Carson and Matthias arrived before the scheduled time; both were extremely professional and hard working. They installed the new unit, explained each step and did an awesome job. First time using this local business and glad I did. I highly recommend JEM for your plumbing needs!

I had a water leak in my ceiling and the technician was very thorough to find the exact spot it was leaking upstairs so I saved a lot of money with no unnecessary cuts in my ceiling. Also put in an access panel behind my shower so I can have access in case another leak occurs.

JEM Plumbing exemplifies the true meaning of what customer service is about. I contacted. JEM in regards to our six year old hot water tank leaking (this had been installed from a different plumbing company). Of course, the warranty had just expired, and it was time to make a decision to go with a new hot water tank or go tankless. Natalie was a superstar on the initial phone call and for each encounter that I’ve had with her. She instructed me to send pictures over to JEM’s texting line and she was able to assess the issue very quickly. In a very short amount of time, Natalie sent me an estimate for a new hot water tank and an estimate for a tankless. Any questions I had were promptly answered as well.

Being that we were getting ready to go out of town, I wanted this taken care of as soon as possible. That same evening, Jeremy, the owner, came out to visually assess everything and make sure that we were getting what we needed. He was very meticulous and went over each aspect of the tankless process, what to expect, and future maintenance for the tankless system in great detail. He did not rush this appointment at all and was extremely thorough.

The following day, two gentlemen, Thomas and Timothy arrived to install the tankless water heater. They were both very professional, wore shoe coverings in the house, and were very respectful with everything from their manners to cleaning up after their work was completed.

After the tankless was installed, we encountered a loss of water pressure at select faucets and extreme time lapse in getting hot water to just 4 faucets. Jeremy worked diligently and came over to our house right away and several other times that fit into our schedule to trouble shoot what this could possibly be. Turned out our water hardness was a 58 and should be 0 and certain lines/filters/cartridges were clogged because our water softener was not properly working (not installed by JEM).

Chad and Kevin came out to flush the lines, clear the clogs that were filled with deposits of crud from the extreme hard water. They also replaced all of our shower fixtures and sprayers/hose in our master bathroom. It was mind-boggling to see the clogs that were suspected and once cleaned out, we were back to normal water pressure and instant hot water to those struggling areas. Their work was meticulously done and made sure I was satisfied. They too wore shoe protectors and gave extreme care to our home and were very respectful, friendly, and put up with our dog who thought that they were there for her playtime. On this particular day, Jeremy also returned to make sure all was good. This superseded all of my expectations and showed me that he’s an owner who cares and exemplifies pride in his business, as well as his employees.

I would give JEM 10 stars if I could! They are very reliable, communicate their arrival time and call when on their way. Natalie even followed up to ensure that everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep up the great work and STELLAR customer service. It’s businesses like this that make a difference in setting standards.

JEM has taken care of us for years. They have helped us with small and large jobs. They have come to our home in emergency situations late at night and have always left with our issue resolved. Had JEM come out to install a water main. Ashley, Ransom, Jak, and Mathias did a great job. The process was very smooth and they were quick to address any concerns. The price was also much lower than other estimates I received.

JEM has helped us out twice now. Very happy with the level of ability and professionalism of each tech. Hoping to have them back for a larger project soon.

Clogged drain pipe snaked and removed. He fixed the problem in one visit! Thank you! This was a downspout from my gutter.

Had fears of a burst pipe and JEM rearranged schedules to get a tech out to us same day. Our tech Matt was very thorough in his inspection and stress tests. He gave us pointers on things to look for and walked us through everything he was doing.

Thank you so much Kevin B at JEM plumbing. He saved the day. He communicated well, was very efficient, and went above and beyond while on site! Could not of asked for a more efficient, timely, considerate job completion. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for future service.

Professional service from start to finish! Well structured and organized system. Opened up a seven day frozen water service line underground in three hours! Brilliant process without digging. Well done!

Electricians were trenching and hit a gas line. When Enbridge came out, they said it was our responsibility to get it repaired because of the location. We were scrambling and so blessed to have found JEM. JEM made the emergency repair so we could have gas restored.
I would highly recommend them!
