Very helpful

My experience with Beamer Septic Repair was all around fantastic. We had a drainage issue on the exterior of our home that was causing gravel to wash out time and time again. Beamer recommended a simple and affordable solution that involved running drainage under the driveway and spreading gravel we had recently had delivered. More importantly, he did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. Very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Beamer Septic Repair.

3 years ago Beamer septic came out and installed our septic within 2 weeks of initial visit. Fast and affordable installation. Would absolutely recommend

He was originally hired to scope out the septic system before we bought the house. He did this, our realtor said he was a septic inspector, he later told us he wasn't a septic inspector. Then I was ready to walk from the house since it needed new leach field pipes, but my parents decided to pay for that service as well as a pump service. He forgot about the pump service, and sent a guy out to pump out the system. The guy showed up, and I jumped up, ran downstairs, and wanted to talk to the guy and introduce myself, as soon as the guy got there, but he left before I made it out the door. Portage county doesn't have history for my address to have the service done. Each time we reach out to Keith about this he has not been communicating well, and doesn't seem to care about the service never happening. He also told us that he could replace a pipe for us that was under our deck but it would involve the deck being taken out. I had someone else do that for a better price, and I got to keep my deck. Thus far I have not been impressed. I understand mistakes happen however and that nobody is perfect, and that's why this is a 3 star review. I recognize that he has the opportunity to make this situation right, and if he does my review will change for the better, and if he doesn't my review will not change for the better...

Since my parents paid for the service I have my mom and him in contact about the pump out service that we never received (it is worth noting that due to having septic problems, even though we have owned the home for 3 years and should of had the service done 3 years ago, due to septic problems we have only used the septic tank for 2-3 months since it had supposedly been pumped out, and yet it's already full after 2-3 months) I will add more paragraphs as more updates arise, but communication has taken a long time thus far.
