We called on Easter Sunday about my mother’s furnace, the response was immediate. Right away we received great communication on the diagnoses that there was a bad control board, inducer motor, and thermostat. Parts were ordered immediately and everything was fixed by Tuesday morning. Impressive work.

We had a great experience with United HVAC! we wanted to make things easier for our grandparents, and they helped us by installing a Wi-Fi smart thermostat so we could control the temperature remotely. The installation was quick and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s been a HUGE help since our grandparents aren’t always able to adjust the thermostat themselves.

This winter in Northeast Ohio has been pretty heavy, so I had some concerns about the efficiency of my furnace and scheduled a heating maintenance. The service was done thoroughly and gave me great insight into the age and current condition of my system. I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail. I’m currently in the process of deciding on a furnace replacement, and I’ll definitely be using United HVAC for the job.

We had our ductwork cleaned and sanitized. Yovel was the technician. He was fast, efficient and respectful of our property and made sure we were satisfied and left the house clean.

I was having a hard time keeping my house cool and thought a simple rinse of the unit would fix it. Turns out my coils needed a full chemical cleaning, not just water.

After they cleaned it properly, I could feel the difference right away. My system is running way better and actually keeping up now.

They explained everything clearly and didn’t cut corners. Definitely recommend if your AC isn’t performing like it should.
