Schaefer has been handling all our plumbing needs for 25+ years. As needed they handled changing our pond water iodine system to a chlorine system to city water. Most recently they switched our our 30 year old water heater for a new one. I totally trust and rely on Schaefer. They don't come any better.

Adam came out in December of 2019 to see why our water heater kept leaking water from the pressure valve. Turns out the problem was a bad regulator valve on the main water line coming into the house. Adam replaced the regulator valve, replaced our water heater expansion tank, and solved all of the issues in our basement. He was great. Very professional, on time, polite, cleaned up everything he worked on, and did it all at a very reasonable price. And most importantly, he didn’t leave until the job was done right. I would highly recommend Adam and Schafer Plumbing to anyone having water issues.
