Brian was on time, diagnosed our heating issue as needing a new gas valve. He told us there was one at the shop and he returned not only with the gas valve, but had an air filter with him and he did the system maintenance as well as replacing the valve. Brian was efficient, polite and knowledgeable.

Mark was here on time and did a great job as usual. I feel confident that my furnace is running at it’s best. Peace of mind is underrated!

Dee’s Heating and Cooling were quick to respond and quickly got someone out to our house the same day to help repair our AC - which of course broke on the hottest day of the year. Our technician Brian was kind, thorough, and did a nice job of explaining the problem. Would recommend!

Mike and crew at Dee’s HVAC did a great job installing a full furnace, AC, and ERV system in my home. Their pricing was fair, and the installers were polite, very skilled and very hard working. Mike, the owner, always returned calls promptly, was great to work with and made the process very easy and straightforward. I highly recommend Dee’s and am planning to use them for my yearly maintenance as well.

The technician was very nice. It just seemed like he was trying to sell us a new system. He told us that the refrigerant was low and it would cost $300 to add coolant to the system. We thought that it was a little too high.

Dee’s was able to solve an A/C problem in 3 hours (from initial contact to job completion) that another local company had been working on for 2 days. From the person who answered the phone, to the owner, to the tech that did the work, everyone was friendly, professional, and truly invested in getting my A/C up and running. We got to meet Mike Dee the owner who came out to fix our AC! He was literally the coolest guy! We were dying in the Ohio heat and our house was at 85 degrees with two big inside dogs panting and breathing so heavily! He saved the day! My first time using Dee's. New furnace installation. Excellent job done. They did what they quoted for the price they quoted and got it done when they said they would do it. They were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

Our furnace failed last year. The original installing company’s repairman told me that it needed replaced soon because some parts were almost rusted out. Our air conditioner failed a few days ago. Dee's came to my house to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. They said that our system was only 14 years old, should last at least 20 years, and that even if the heater parts rusted out, replacing them would be much less expensive than replacing the whole furnace. They told me the fan motor on the AC needed replaced and gave me a ballpark estimate for fixing it. I was impressed that they told me the best plan in terms of my needs, not their potential profit. They acted with integrity, and I heartily recommend them.

Mark was at my home to do my furnace check up. He is excellent and a HUGE asset to the company. I highly recommend Mark or Jr to anyone

Andrew, my tech, was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job servicing my furnace.
He explained everything as he did it and and cleaned it very well. I would highly recommend him for your furnace needs.

My hot water tank broke and I had used Dee’s before last year for a new furnace. I had fast and excellent customer service with the furnace last year and they did it again with the water tank. They came out the very next day and installed a new one. They provide top class communication and everyone I’ve dealt with at Dee’s is professional and polite. Highly recommend their services!

Mike came out on a Sunday night, and then was able to have my AC replaced by Wednesday. He came with the guys Wednesday morning just to make sure I was comfortable and everyone knew where everything was. Mark and Andrew were fantastic, friendly and did a great job. I never want to have a problem with my heating and cooling, but it's great to know their company is close and reliable!
