My friend recommended Mackin and Sons and wow I will be grateful to her for a long time. They are responsive and have been able to troubleshoot issues that we’ve been trying to pin down with other plumbers to no avail. Kristian came over and spent time going through all potential causes and nailed it - we discovered the problem and he optimized our water pressure as an added bonus.

We have used Mackin and Sons Plumbing for a few years now. Service is exceptional and all service providers, from those that answer the phone and schedule appointments to the plumbers who do the repairs, are extremely respectful and helpful. Workmanship is top notch!

Had a pot filler installed and an assessment of our garage heater. Excellent service and professional work as always!

Josh and Ethan replaced my water heater today and I couldn’t be happier with the service! I called last week and Josh came out within a day to complete the inspection and within a week they were able to replace the water heater. Thank you for the quick and professional service!

Installed a bidet. Was going to do it myself. However, required a relocation of a water line. Called the experts Mackin and Sons. Timely and reasonably priced. Used them many times and never hear ‘I am really not sure’.

Josh did a great job replacing my hot water heater. And while doing that he noticed my sump pump was not working properly. So he got that all squared away. Walked me through every step. Very professional and answered all my questions. Will be using them again!

Kristian installed 2 outdoor frost-free faucets today. He is very efficient and timely with installation and is a very friendly knowledgeable person. All estimates of the work were presented when he arrived. I would recommend Mackin & Sons for any plumbing job.

What a great experience with Mackin and Son’s Plumbing, especially Christian and Josh! I already had the maintenance plan, which I’ve been very happy with, and recently I had them install a water softener system. I’m already so happy with the quality of the water! They were so knowledgeable and efficient and their prices were very reasonable.

Over several years now, Mackin & Sons have taken great care of us, from normal service items to bigger jobs like a main water valve replacement. Always professional, thoughful about detail and great at communicating!

Mackin and Sons installed an anti-scalant and carbon filter system to my home water. This was one of the easiest choices for me! They were so friendly and informative start to finish! My options were clear, the pricing was clear and very fair. I was going to get other quotes but once they talked to me about what they offered, their prices and most importantly their after care, I booked that day. It was clear that they were not in the business of taking jobs and saying goodbye, they were going to be there for me for any and all issues going forward. That is something I always value the most in looking for a company to hire. The work was fast and turned out perfect.
