JBJ plumbing was the best service we have used in a long time! Easy to schedule and quick response. However, the tech who came to the house was so great! He came back a couple times for various issues and from the minute he came in was so nice and pleasant. Said hello to our animals, and to us and has a huge smile. Corrected our problem, made sure we were good and left with a smile. Great guy! Service that reminds me of the old days when people loved their job. I just can’t say enough about our experience and our tech. Please give them a try. They are awesome.

The technician came out and answered all my questions. He was very nice and worked with me on considering a solution to the issue. He was knowledgeable about the HVAC system his company installed last year. He made a minor repair. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Needed a new cold water shutoff valve installed prior to a bathroom renovation. Technician arrived for the visit on time and assessed the job. He provided advice on how to do the job right the first time. Scheduled a second appointment to do the work. Once again on time and ready to go. Very satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

Excellent customer service. We were able to get a free quote and have our gas line replaced very quickly. Very satisfied with the service we were provided. The men doing the work were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

Dane came to replace an outside water spigot shortly after reaching out to them. He was very nice and completed the job quickly. Will definitely use JBJ in the future.

Brian, the service technician showed up promptly at 8 am.to troubleshoot an issue with my Geothermal furnace. Within 15 minutes of being here he had determined what the issue was. He was extremely polite and well versed in his field. I highly recommend JBL Plumbing and Heating for my future needs.

Above and beyond! We scheduled for a dishwasher and liquid propane hookup to our new stove through JBJ. Which went great. What we didn't expect is that the company we ordered the appliances from and paid extra to have the microwave installed, to deny the install because of no prior microwave there. I contacted JBJ and was looking for recommendations for a local handy man and was greatly surprised that the response was "the guys coming, can handle that" and they did! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

We had to have some work done our gas pipes. The service we were provided was excellent. The workers worked around my young son and they were very nice interacting with them. But above that, they were professional and worked in a timely manner. Answered all my dumb questions and took time to explain things to me. We couldn’t be happier with our service. Moreover, Rich was great to deal with. He gave me great useful info and kept me informed on all that was going on. And when Rich and Dalton did our repairs, we felt like we were in good hands. And to us, that was the most important thing. We feel like Rich and Dalton took our safety and the safety oof my son into account when providing service to our home. Thanks guys!

I had my back flow prevention dustin done, not only did they show up early which was phenomenal but the quality of their work is impeccable. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing heating cooling needs my new go-to as a local business owner of Gilby's Pizza It's nice to find a company who's not taking advantage and gouging with costs. Had a full system installed by JBJ in April and had a pressure switch issue at midnight. Sent an email and someone called me at 8:00am the next morning had it fixed a little later that day. Great service!

Chris and Hunter came to our home on time and prepared for whatever they might run into, including a new sump pump if needed. It wasn't, but would have saved time and money if so. They were knowledgeable and even took the time to show and explain what problems they encountered and suggestions for mitigating future problems. The plumber fixed the leak and changed the copper pipe to the flexible plastic so that it won't leak in the future.

Brian was very knowledgeable and had my boiler fixed in no time.
