Very pleased with Comfort MD! Another contractor serviced twice and quoted a $2000 repair but recommended considering replacement of the furnace because of age for $8000. Ian with Comfort MD was able to answer all my questions on a very technical level and installed the replacement part same day for total of $450. I very much appreciate the depth of experience displayed by Ian and the service provided.

Unusual to get great service these days but Comfort MD were great and really exceeded expectations. Easy to discuss various options with Ryan from sales and the installation crew were super professional with top quality fit and finish and attention to detail that is not usually seen.

My hot water tank went out and Comfort MD came the next morning to install a new one! The service, responsiveness, and professionalism was first rate. They were very neat and clean in taking out the old tank and bringing in the new. Highly recommend them for any related HVAC work in your home!

Just had Joe out for the fall HVAC inspection. This is the first inspection, I switched from another vendor. Got tired of high pressure from old vendor to replace system just because its 20 years old. Joe and I agreed the system is old but working well. Really liked the scheduling, service and complete experience. I am truly glad I made the switch.

Comfort MD helped us fix a bedroom that wasn’t connected properly to the HVAC system. It was a tricky job but they found a way to do it and make the bedroom usable! Thanks!

Comfort MD is the hallmark of why we support local small businesses. Amazing personal customer service from the people who love the city they live and work in. I reached out to Comfort MD July 2021 for a new furnace and a/c. Ryan arrived on time and was courteous. There was no need to ask for him to on his mask or shoe covers. He assessed the issue with both units, listened as we explained our needs and how we live. He gave us three options and explained the pros and cons of each option. No pressure sales, no threats of ‘this price is only good for the next 48 hours.’ Ryan simply gave us his contact information and stated he would follow up to see if we had any questions and he did. Comfort MD estimate was spot on and reasonable plus I really appreciated the customer service. They worked with my home warranty company to ensure a reimbursement from them. The other contractors said they did not assist with this and trust me you need the contractors on board because the warranty companies ask questions a layman wouldn’t know. Ryan worked hard to get us the funds and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you again. The day of my install again I received stellar customer service from Dan and Will. There craftsmanship was amazing as well. They removed and installed the furnace in a tight space. They could have taken the easy route and head room would have been lost but they took their time to configure the furnace so there was space. All our questions and concerns were addressed. Their clean up was great and we did a walk through to ensure we were happy. The new systems they installed have cut our bills drastically and we are pleased with what we are paying monthly. They do install high quality products and our bills show it. We are very pleased and want to thank Leigh and his entire team again.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Ryan gave us a very reasonable price up front. The fact that they were affiliated with Costco as HVAC installers gave us peace of mind. The install team was courteous and respectful of our home. It really couldn't have gone better. A pleasure to work with Comfort MD. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Comfort MD! Ryan was fantastic in providing us our options for a new AC unit and then calling to make sure everything went smoothly. Ryan was fantastic! I needed a new furnace and he was able to guide me to something that was appropriate for my house. He didn’t try to oversell me or re-work the ducts that other HVAC places said were “required”. Comfort MD was a great value did a fantastic job on the installation.

Came out promptly when called for a replacement hvac quote. Ryan was thorough in analyzing house needs and discussing which models would work. The install team of Dan and the two other contractors were efficient and work was completed neatly. I can’t forgot the office team who handled appointment changes and payments seamlessly. Happily enjoying a cool house again!

Nobody really wants to buy a new HVAC system but this experience was quite positive. From the time Ryan, the Comfort specialist, to the installers, Ray and Jeff, everything ran smoothly. The price was fair and Ryan explained everything to us in detail. He even showed up at the install. Needless to say, we are quite pleased with our new system and with Comfort MD and would recommend them 100%.

Comfort MD installation team did a great job replacing my 28 year old AC/Furnace system. Ryan explained all the work needed during the onsite estimate, made recommendations based on home square footage and new features that have been developed.
