I am pleased to share my positive experience with Bone Dry, who recently completed a thorough inspection of our roof and attic. Their detailed assessment led to a highly competitive quote for both attic insulation and reroofing services, which stood out among other roofing companies.

The process, from ordering parts to scheduling the reroofing, was managed with exceptional professionalism and clear communication. The team arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and I was particularly impressed that both the insulation and roofing were completed within a single day. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I appreciated receiving regular photo updates of the progress in the attic and on the roof. Furthermore, the crew demonstrated remarkable diligence in cleaning the job site, leaving the area immaculate.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the results and the efficient, high-quality service provided by Bone Dry.

Bone Dry replaced our roof a couple of years ago so when we needed a roof vent for a range hood installed we called them to ensure the work would not void our roof warranty. My assessment/estimate appointment was scheduled quickly and at my convenience. Gabe arrived on time and provided me with an estimate that was less expensive than I was expecting. The project manager Dallas coordinated the install date to coincide with the installation of the range hood. On the date of install, Pete and his crew contacted me well ahead of his arrival, confirmed we had extra shingles (it would appear our roof color has since been discontinued), brought the necessary duct reducer and he and his crew promptly and efficiently installed the vent and sent me photos of the completed work (see photo). 10/10 would recommend.

I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone. They made the entire process painless and worry free. John (Sales) & Brandon (Project Manager) were very responsive and answered any and all questions I had. They were in and out in 1 day and with a thorough cleanup it was like they weren’t even here.

We have used Bone Dry Roofing for 3 projects over the last few years. They take the contracting process to a level above many others. They are fair in their pricing, they have a professional process that is based on communication and have thought of true customer service up to and including on site pictures real time as well as the ability to text and call the team supervisor to discuss and answer questions so that they can achieve customer satisfaction. They are professional , respectful and courteous.
I really would prefer to only do business with them as they have earned our trust .

Repaired two chimney tops where cracks were in the concrete and brickwork was starting to become damaged. The new concrete topper extends past the brick which is better than the previous topper. Very professional set up and cleanup afterward.

Honest, knowledgeable, quality, friendly, fast, professional work. All the best qualities you could look for, they have! Over the last 10 years they've installed our roof, gutter guards, downspouts, water proofed our chimney, and will be doing masonry work and waterproofing. We've never had any issues and they are very quick to come out and get the work done after you get a quote. Highly recommend!

Best repair roofing company. I call other roofing company but bone dry roofing was affordable and they didn't lie about replace it all. I recommend them 100% to you all.

We needed to get our roof replaced. I contacted several companies to get quotes scheduled. 4 of them didn’t even come out, they just used Google Earth to do the quotes. The prices were all over the place. We had been recommended to use 3 companies, which bone Dry Roofing was one of them. They came out, not only went up on the roof, but into the attic and then built the quote. They were not the cheapest on initial quote, but laid out what was needed and how they will only do it he right way. They explained about putting on new layer of boards because spacing with our current roof boarding. The showed me pictures and made things easy to understand. I waited for the final 2 quotes to come in. None of the vendors had quoted using new base boards, and the shingle prices were all over the place. One of the other companies said that they would do it 80% of the insurance money if we paid up front. Another said that if they need to replace boards, it was free but they would charge about 90 bucks an hour to do it. Bone Dry Roofing was honest and open about the process, they also explained that they would work with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Scheduling was easy, we needed time to get our solar panels removed and when it came time to be done, they started around 7:30ish and was completed by 5:30pm the same day. They ended up removing 3+ layers of old shingles, and cleaned up beautifully. The new roof looks great and improved the look of the home. We also had them install new gutters that were damaged from the wind and previous install. They did it fast and even put gutter brushes I purchased in for me.
They were professional and courteous. I have recommended them to several friends that need roof or gutters done. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Just had Bone Dry out yesterday for new roof. From the first interaction, call for estimate, to the inspection the entire office staff was easy to work with. The wait time for the project was around a week. Yesterday morning, Josh Gibson showed up with his crew of around 10-12 folks and completed around 8 at night. Yesterday's heat level with humidity was above 100. The rock star crew, lead by Josh was some of the hardest working folks I've seen in a long time. Not only did they look out for each other rotating out to drink water; they NEVER complained. I interacted with his crew many times throughout the day and had many fist bumps and smiles. Hands down great company and highly recommend them. The roof is absolutely amazing. Oh, and they saved me $750 by not using all the OSB board. Thank you Bone Dry and THANK YOU Josh and to your AMAZING crew. Please thank them for me.

This is the first time my roof is repaired and the company was outstanding. When the guy did the inspection he took a lot of pictures and videos to show me the issues and sent me a detailed quote. After agreeing to move forward with a contract they contacted me within the same week to let me know when they could have me in scheduled. I opt for text messages and it was a quicker and effective communication. The company didn’t try to offer more than what it was just needed to be repaired. Brandon was very responsive to let me know changes in the schedule due to bad weather. Oscar did an excellent job fixing the section of the roof that was damaged. He sent me pictures of the whole repair before and after. They accept different type of payments which make it easier. I highly recommend this company. I am very happy with the work. After the job it had rained couple of times and no more leaks!

What a great experience in every way. From the moment Steve showed up to inspect the roof until the day after installation when Bone Dry returned to make sure they had collected up all the nails and debris from the day before.

I would recommend Bone Dry to anyone considering any roofing activity. We used Bone Dry in the past for a skylight replacement and new flashing as we attempted to correct the issues created by using a cheaper roofing company.

When the roof began to leak again I contacted Steve and he came by and inspected the roof. Understanding the investment of a new roof Steve walked me through the existing issues and explained how it could be repaired if I chose not to do the entire roof.

In the end I decided to replace the entire roof. Steve came by again and sat with us and explained everything that would be done and the materials they would use. I was delighted but a bit skeptical when he said it would be done in one day...tear off, reroofed and reflashed. He walked us through what to expect the day of and simply asked us for a color choice and where to put the materials that would be delivered one day prior to install.

The day of installation arrived and bright and early James showed up taking "before " pictures. He introduced himself and set up a messaging group to update me on progress during the day.

A short time later the large crew showed up and got to work. Very professional, very efficient and very courteous. James proceeded to update me at each stage of the roof sending over 30 pictures along the way. By 6 PM they were done and the new roof looked stunning. Neighbors were amazed when they realized they left for work with one roof on our house and arrived home to another. Every spec of trash was collected and the made numerous passes with the magnet to make sure no nails were left behind.

Then unexpectedly the next day James showed up again to make more passes with the magnet and visually inspecting to make sure nothing was left.

What a great experience and I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Bone Dry was third company I tried for a roof repair. First one never communicated schedule changes or delays. The second keep trying to sell me a full roof instead of just the repair I wanted. Bone Dry
Joe from the sales office kept me informed , Pete the repair tech understood what I wanted and was clear in outlining the job. The work was timely, well done and the area cleaned up, first roof job where I wasn’t finding nails in my driveway after. I would use them again.

They did work on our roof, shed, and added attic insulation. The crew led by Josh was respectful of our property and very friendly. I am happy with the communication Josh provided and I would definitely use them again if I had roofing needs in the future

Called Bone Dry Roofing to look at our chimney due to a leak where previous roofer installed flashing incorrectly. John Strobel came out and inspected chimney and indicated top half would need to be rebuilt. John was great explaining what would need to be done (he is a wealth of knowledge) and went above and beyond finding stone to match the lower half of our chimney. Shawn and his crew Francisco and Fernando came out to do our chimney. From start to finish it was a great experience. Francisco laid the stone like an artist and Fernando never stopped. Shawn was great sending us photos of every stage of the repairs. When the job was completed Shawn asked if there was anything else they could have done to make our experience better. I told him I absolutely could not think of one thing. After they left they cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there. Their work and customer service are exceptional! In a couple weeks I am having them replace my roof. Refreshing to work with a company with such high values. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

I had some leaky gutters in the back of the house. Austin came out to take a look at the problem. He was very profesional, very honest and resolved the leaks on the spot. I couldn't be more pleased to give my highest recommendation to Bone Dry Roofing and the crew that replaced our sunroom roof. The company sent an excellent two-man roofing crew. They were skilled, hard working and very nice gentlemen. They work fast, did an excellent job and when they discovered that less work was needed than expected, the reduced the bill on their own. They worked so clean that when they were done, I wouldn't have known any work had been done. When you need a roof, call Bone Dry first!
