Scott was very nice and explained everything to me so I could understand. I appreciated him not pressuring me into any decisions I didn’t want to make to quickly. He was very understanding and very truthful.

He was very polite, well spoken, helped us understand the pros and cons of repairing versus system replacement... Just a 100% quality pro!

Amazing. Clayton was so polite and helpful, he probably knew he had his hands full when he asked if my furnace was gas and I told him I had no idea what part was even the furnace! Then he turned our ac on for the tune up and a noise started instantly. Unexpected! He found the problem, talked me through all my options and explained everything I'm terms I could understand. Customer for life! I so appreciate how much time he spent (and so unexpectedly) making sure we were good to go. He even noted he's never had any troubles before this was his first, he was great!!

Not only was it same day service, but arrived early during the window period given. The Service Tech Pooya was awesome! Polite, courteous and super knowledgeable. He was quick with service and installed thermostat without trouble. He was forthright with what he found inspecting our AC unit and gave sound advice!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Turhan was the ultimate professional. He was kind, thorough and took the time to walk me through all of my options. He arrived when he said he would and was super efficient! I will definitely be a repeat customer. I have AC again!!!!!

I called last night and had a tech here the following morning.
The girl on the phone was very friendly and professional. Brandon (tech) was great. He identified the issue, gave me options, then made the repair quickly. A+

Technician was very thorough with both my furnaces and heat pump he discussed everything with me after performing maintenance on each item I was very pleased and would highly recommend him. I will request this technician again

We have lived in our house for 8 years, and we never had a problem with our furnace - until the day we were showing it to sell, and the temperature was 8 degrees! We called several places, and Westerville AC&H was the only one who could provide same-day service. Mike the technician was very knowlegeable and took time to properly diagnose the issue. We needed a new circuit board, and Mike went above and beyond to make sure we got the part installed the next day. He had it up and running within 24 hours! We will use their services again and request Mike. :)

Technician was great but unfortunately do require a call back where toilet is still leaking. Switchboard was very courteous but dispatcher is not flexible in setting time for callback so scheduling is difficult. Would prefer more flexibility in the case of a call back scenario. Would hope for a little better response when a problem does occur. Hopefully issue will be fixed this week. - UPDATE: Technician adjusted schedule and problem is resolved. Very satisfied with service!

These guys were nothing short of amazing. Mark came out and diagnosed our system. We were told we needed to replace our system, which we had been preparing for and just waiting for the day anyway. He had us a quote before he left the house and even tried to work with our home warranty company to get us a better deal. The system was installed 2 days later by a very professional and courteous team. They frequently asked for our opinions on certain things and made sure we were ok with every step they took. I can't recommend this company enough, especially if you need a whole system replaced.

They beat out 2 other competitors by at least $1000 as well. So price to value was an easy decision as well.

Very pleasant to work with, and fast to communicate. Good prices with very good financing options on good brands. The install took about 5 hours and everything is working great. My only frustration is that the morning that the install was supposed to happen I got a call 30 minutes into the arrival window letting me know that an equipment shortage made it necessary to reschedule to the next day.

The 2 young men that came out to replace our central air and furnace they were great. I have 2 dogs and the guys talked to and petted my big pitties. They did a great job. They kept me informed all the way. Explained all new things like the Thermostat. So yes 5 stars all the way worth the money. When they say you get what you pay for they were worth every penny. Glad I went with this company

Mitch was very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and kind. Mitch was patient with me in explaining the system and made it easy to understand everything about the services. I would highly recommend Mitch and Five Star Heating & Cooling.

5 Star heating and cooling gets 10 stars from me. Billie and Zig arrived timely, was courteous and professional and extremely knowledgeable. They pointed out issues with my register vents that were obstructing the airflow with my home. They were clean and insured they protected my floors. Give Billy and Zig a payraise!!!

Called them around 5:30pm as my A/C had stopped working properly on a blistering 95 degree day. Their next appointment wasn't until the next morning but they said they would put me on their "urgent waitlist" in case they were able to squeeze me in sooner. About an hour or so later they called and said they could send a tech out within the next hour and a half. About an hour later the tech shows up. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. It took him all of 5 or 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. He showed me what the issue was (bad capacitor) and how he could tell. Took him about another 5 or 10 minutes to swap out the part and just like that, he was done. Took a few hours for the house to cool down naturally but now it's running perfectly. Next time I have an HVAC issue I know who I will be calling. I highly recommend Westerville Air Conditioning and Heating.

The technician was on time, and did an exceptional job. Very professional! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable company. The communication was also excellent and very helpful in planning my day.

I worked with Bryan to get my home a new HVAC system. He was great! Bryan was thorough with his descriptions of the units that would work in my home. He gave honest feedback about the unit that would cover needs. As the only income earning in my home, he worked with me on pricing and he had me set up for installation 2 days later. The installation went seamless and the techs were great. I really appreciated all that Westerville H & C did for me!

Had my furnace check-up yesterday. The guy that came out was terrific.
Eddie (aka Kevin Hart) was not only a professional, but really friendly and took the time to show me everything he was doing and explain everything. Very friendly and very easy to like. If I ever have any issues with my furnace or my A/C I will call and request Eddie!!
