I’ve had a GREAT experience with FIX IT Appliance Service. Today I was able to get same day service within hours and my technician Mozzi was fantastic.

Mozzi was very courteous - taking care to not create a mess and thoroughly explain various repair options for our Dryer. He was in and out in a flash and had us back up and running.

Highly recommend FIX IT to anyone who wants fast service and quality repair.

I had a fantastic experience using this company. Wissan was the professional that came to work on my appliance and he was extremely kind, professional and honest .
The repair had some challenges on the road but, he did not gave up until the issue was complete solved it .
I am extremely please and thankful for his expertise and dedication during the time he worked with us .I recommend his service to anyone. Thanks again.

I'd give Mozzi 10 stars if I could. He came in to fix my washing machine and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Extremely friendly, professional, and knows his stuff.

Issue I had:
I came home after a vacation to my washer having no lights, no working buttons, and it was buzzing and constantly draining an empty basin.

Wonderful service from beginning to end. They scheduled an appointment with me the very next day. Mozzi had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. Costco delivery and free install was a joke. Mozzi figured out that they had incorrectly connected the water lines hot to cold and cold to hot. He fixed the connections and ran tests to make sure 100 % it was working before he left. Mozzi and the lady who answers calls and handles the bookings are both pleasant and knowledgeable. They even billed this under my warranty. We will never go elsewhere for services. They gained customers for life. Thank you so much !!!

Mohammed was just here and explained what the cause of our LG front load washer constant SUD error was about. He was great, courteous, well informed, everything he said was very helpful as I researched this problem exhaustively and I didn’t feel like he was trying to just say it’s normal. I highly recommend him for any service visits!!

Excellent service. On time and professional. Careful inspection by Mozzi the technician. Explanation of all options, and we proceeded with repair of our refrigerator and replacement of our dryer. We highly recommend this company & Mozzi the technician.

Wisam came out to fix my oven. He arrived on time and was prepared with the correct part. He worked efficiently but was thorough and communicated throughout the process. He provided a quote before he completed the job so I knew what to expect and informed me about other possible issues. It has been a few weeks since the repair and I have had no problems since. I definitely recommend their services.

I had a great experience with Fix It Appliance. My washing machine was not spinning and draining water properly. Mozzi came and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours! He was very professional and took the time to explain / show me what was wrong and offer professional advice.

Mozzi was awesome. Came out the next day. Super professional, very polite and courteous throughout the whole visit. Left the area clean and helped fix the problem without needing to order parts! Highly recommend.

These guys rule! They were able to show up the next day, fix the problem on the spot, and do it at a reasonable rate. I will absolutely call them the next time something happens. Mozzi was an incredible technician who explained everything thoroughly and took care of us.

My clothes dryer stopped working the other day and I called Fix It Appliance Service to see if they could come out and look at it. They sent a technician out the next day. The technician was excellent and did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and fixing my dryer. The technician was Mozzi. All I can say is he was one of the nicest and personable person I have dealt with in such a look time. He knew his stuff inside and out and fixed my problem very quickly. I would not only recommend Fix It to everyone but I would also say to ask for Mozzi. He is a class act!!!

When was the last time having an appliance service guy come to your house turn out to be the best part of your day? Mozzie came early (called first), sorted out the problem, explained repairing would cost more than replacing ... and then gave us a great seminar on Washing Machines And How To Use them. (I suspect there are things you may not know! Mozzie does.) FIX IT will be our first call the next time we have any appliance issues ... and we hope Mozzie will be the one who shows up -- the day after we call (which is what happened this time). Very impressed.

The technicians that came out were very professional and very knowledgeable of the Samsung gas range that they were at my house to service. Very Pleasant to talk to. he explained everything that was going on as they were servicing my range. I would recommend this company to service any Appliances that you may have problems with.

Our dryer went out, and we reached out to this company. They sent someone out promptly. The technician Mozzi was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, it was better to just buy a new appliance. The company was extremely kind to wave all fees. Definitely recommend the company to anyone! Thank you again, Mozzi!

Fantastic service! While I was away on work, our dryer stopped working. Upon calling FIX IT, they were able to come the next day at a time of our choosing and arrived exactly when they stated. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at a seemingly great price for the visit, labor, and fix. Hopefully will not have to use again, but if so, they will definitely be the first call.

Mozzi my technician was very friendly and fast. He even wore shoe covers to protect my carpets. He came exactly on time and resolved the issue and educated me on how to maintain my washer and dryer after.
