I have used Vantage Point Cleaning for the past couple years and they have always done a great job of keeping my home in order and doing the cleaning that I just don’t have time to handle myself.
Sam and Kenzie are both very friendly and personable on the several occasions that I’ve been home while they clean. The come in and handle their business without being distruptive.
The customer service and flexibility provided is a big factor of why I’ve stayed as a loyal customer.
I’d recommend Vantage Point to anyone!

We have been using Vantage point for the past couple of months. Very happy with their service. It has a small business touch and we appreciate having the same crew every week.

This was our first cleaning service in Ohio, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The results were outstanding. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and most importantly, the cleaners did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them, and we’ll definitely be moving forward with monthly visits.

They always do a great job! The house always smells fresher when they're done, and things are cleaned well. They also do nice personal touches, like leaving a replacement bag in trashcans, which helps us out even when they're not here. Would highly recommend. Very professional. :)

I can’t say enough positive things about Vantage Point Cleaning Services! We hired them to prepare our parents’ home for sale, and the deep clean they did was spectacular!

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Jeannie, the owner, asked detailed questions during our initial phone conversation to make sure she understood our expectations, and she continued to communicate regularly throughout the process - sending both email and text reminders about the cleaning as well as communication regarding their specific arrival time. Sam and Kenzie cleaned the home, and not only were they thorough and professional, but they were also extremely cheerful and friendly.

I conducted phone interviews with multiple companies before choosing Vantage Point, and while they weren’t the least expensive, they were definitely worth the extra money we paid to ensure a thorough deep cleaning. I highly recommend the company, and especially Sam and Kenzie!
